Very friendly staff, good air conditioning, good central location near public transport. If you stay here, definitely get some takeout pizza from pizzeria cordial nearby. It's the best pizza we ate during our trip to Europe including Italy! Entrance to the room was narrow and smelly, hard to get luggage up and down, surrounded by trash bins.

This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at in my entire travel history. Everything was so wonderful. The hotel is not in the central area, of course, but we needed to feel the local atmosphere. Every corner was filled with delicious food. The morning smelled of croissants. The metro was close, the area was safe, and for a moment we felt like locals. It was wonderful. We visited almost every store and cafe. The prices were much cheaper than in the center. We are very grateful to our host for such warm hospitality, Your breakfast was delicious, and the house had everything we needed. I will come baaack one day!!!!

Loocation is good, and also friendly/helful people at Alliance 3 bar. Not what we expected. A sharing room in an apartment with other people. Also sharing shower, toilet, small entrance, smelly garbage outside. No. We checked out 1 hour after we checked in, and found another hotell. Never again.

The breakfast and the staff were great! It was made clear on booking that the bathroom was shared but not an issue as I didn’t see anyone during my stay. I’ll come back!

It has a beautiful café/bar/restaurant on the first floor. Personal is kind and cool ? great ambiance! Rooms are a little too little, but is not that big of a deal. It's confortable and has everything you need, so no problem

We had a great stay at Alliance 3 in October. The room was comfortable, with a heater and nice bedding, making it a cozy place to relax. The shared bathroom was clean, and the shower had hot water, which was a nice touch. There’s a microwave in the common area, which was handy for quick meals. The hostel is located on the second floor, with a café and bar on the first. Rooms are accessed through an inner courtyard, providing a bit of privacy. One minor issue was that the window in our room didn’t open, but it wasn’t a major problem. In the morning, the bar serves a hearty breakfast for guests, which was a great start to the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hostel! -

The staff were friendly. Very poor soundproofing, there was a karaoke concert in the bar and it was impossible to sleep until 1am. The room is very small, you can barely get around the bed.

Very comfortable room I did not realise until just before I travelled, no en suite

1. The location was great because of proximity to the station. 2. The host was helpful and kept the place clean. His instructions were clear, it was easy to get to the room. 3. Breakfast was served promptly and 4. felt good to have the shared bathroom to ourselves as there weren't many people staying at the same time. 5. The room has an AC and curtains closed automatically which was really helpful to get a good nights sleep. More towels please :)

It was ok. Not great value for a shared-bathroom accommodation with a small room up a very steep and narrow staircase in an old and rickety apartment building. We arrived at 5 PM (check in was from 4 PM) and the staff had no idea we had a booking. We were told to come back in an hour and half while they got someone to clean the room. We were exhausted and ended up waiting in their bar where they could have easily offered us at least a coffee or something for the inconvenience, but no chance.

The place seems to be newly renovated. The room is on top of a bar and directly facing a busy street. On a Friday night, it was so loud that we could barely sleep with earplugs. Our room was so small that there was barely any place for our luggage. Also note, that it is quite outside, you need 30 minutes on the subway, which was pretty overcrowded every time we used it. For the same price, there is just simply plenty of better accommodation in Paris. We have decided to move to an other hotel and the staff on location tried its best to get some refund, but the communication was pretty hard as they did not speak much English.
