My room was in the 5th floor. There are no elevators but the staff members are really nice and suggested I leave my luggage which I don't use at the basement. They had that luggage secured. Also, the room I booked has 3 bedrooms which makes it economical when travelling in a group. The place is quite convenient since there is a nearby station around 6-mins walk. A lot of shops and restaurants around the area. Over-all, I had a pleasant stay.

Value for money. Quite basic not worth if you're looking for a room with comforts or space. No space to move around after putting my luggage in the room. No lift, had to carry 20kg bag up 3 floors

no elevator only stairs it was very hard to carry our luggage
-
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
-
The staff who checked us in was professional but not very welcoming. But that's a minor detail. I'd still book a room there again.

Air circulation. Was 38 degrees in Paris. Room temp never decreased. I realize it is an old building etc. Maybe more than one weak fan could be provided.

The local, friendly staff, vending machine in the lobby Some noise from garage trucks early in the morning and people at restaurants later in the evening, but nothing our of the ordinary when visiting a big city

we were in the first floor , we were very lucky on this. The location was very good , transport everywhere , we feel very safe... the host was very helpful in anything we ask for.. if we return to Paris , this is the place we will book , no doubts. We can't say... all was to our satisfaction..

The location and staff was very kind It was very inconvenient to carry luggage up five flights of stairs. The keychain system used for the keys is outdated and quite uncomfortable; it could definitely benefit from some modernization. The bed sheets were not very comfortable, and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better experience.

Luna Park worked out well for us. It is relatively convenient to public transit, has a variety of stores around it, and some restaurants as well, including a friendly bar. The rooms are a bit small, and ours was up some stairs (no elevator). The rooms could also be ma bit more soundproofed.

Great location, clean, nice and safe local neighborhood hood near transportation and not far walking from Notre Dame area. Winding steps up to the different floors so make sure to request a lower floor if you have a hard time with steps.

The room had bugs and mosquitoes. No elevator to bring luggage upstairs. Not enough hangers for clothes.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff . Lots of stairs !

Excellent location and value for money

Price point & location are unbeatable. Spent a little more for private bathroom and was even better value for area. Overall score for comparable accommodations. Can’t think of anything significant. To always drop and ask for the room key is annoying & antiquated habit but common in some paris hotels.

The stairs were so stiff no elevator and so hard to bring the luggages to our room. No available towers the next day .

all good

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, even though it is located in a very busy area with many restaurants, including a gluten free one, really close. A bonus was that it was very close to a laundromat as well as to two metro stations. The staff was very accommodating. The very narrow hallways with low lighting. Egress in case of an emergency would have been challenging.

The price and location were adequate! Not elevator for a 5 floors hotel.

The stuff is very attentive and organized. The neighborhood is jovially and iconic. Lovely spot. The lateral street is a little bit noisy. But it wasn’t a big problem for you.
