location was excellent space was comfortable for breakfast we would have liked some cheese instead of 3 kinds of jams; fruit juice was not freshly made seats in the living room were not so comfortable at morning it took 1 hour to heat the rooms

Accommodation was clean, warm, stylish, peaceful and a very short distance from a pedestrianised street full of cafes, small restaurants and indie shops. Absolutely loved it. Would recommend unreservedly.

A great sojourn

Marine is a great host. The ground floor apartment is on a narrow alley of a pedestrian street full of restaurants and shops, so very quiet at night as no traffic. Flat very comfortable and breakfast a treat.

The room is perfect and gave me a very good impression of Paris. Thank you Mrs. Lemoine.

It is a very wonderful house with very good host！the room is spacious and well equipped！ everyday the kind host would bring a basket of food for us. plus the traffic is convenient as well and its close to many shops and restaurants.Cannot recommend more????

The room is exceptionally spacious for Paris standards. It's situated just off a charming market street, offering numerous shopping opportunities for souvenirs and a variety of restaurants. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, delivering a basket full of breakfast to us every morning!

Charming apartment. Host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast brought every morning. It is a bit far out from the sites but the metro is fairly close. Nice neighborhood with loads of outdoor cafes. Key was hard to use but we managed. Be sure you take a map when you go out, lots of winding little streets to get lost in.

Would like some fresh fruit. Bread items excellent. Needed a lower pillow. Bedroom curtain let in street light; perhaps add a room darkening curtain.

The apartment is really, really good. There is a large and cute living room, the bedroom is large with a comfortable and pleasant bed, and the bathroom is also large with an excellent shower. The apartment is really cozy and equipped with everything you need. Very nicely decorated, and gives a homely atmosphere. Marin the host is just perfect. She is the cutest and nicest there is. Helps with everything needed. Excellent breakfast - croissants, baguette, butter, yogurts, fresh juices, excellent jams, excellent coffee. Everything is fresh and very tasty. The apartment is in an excellent area in the fifth district. You can find everything you need in the area of the apartment - restaurants, all kinds of shops, and beautiful streets. A 3-minute walk to the metro. In short, we really enjoyed ourselves and wholeheartedly recommend it. Next time we are in Paris we will go back there for sure!

Excellent place to stay. Charming neighborhood. Marie was wonderful ! Her French Breakfast each morning was delicious and so fun to receive fresh. We Will return.

Extremely convenient place , having a metro few meters away and beautiful street corner just out of the place to meet all your requirements especially decent and economical restaurants with excellent cuisines . Typical authentic Italian pizza joint round the corner filled with varieties of wines to have a memorable stay. Morning breakfast served with homely feelings out of this world. well maintained and cozy atmosphere.
