Perfect location I liked all

Location is very good. Plenty of resto, cafes, shopping to do. There is no staff or reception in this hotel. You will be provided passcodes to enter the building and floors. They are responsive though in this booking app when you have questions and concerns. There was one morning though when the electricity in the whole building was cut and it was quite confusing what was happening, a staff onsite would have been helpful. Also there is no AC, and it gets very hot in the summer.

The location is superb I am very disappointed by my experience. Zero customer service, zero communication. Host didn’t reply to multiple messages : neither WhatsApp, not here The hotel room is like a sauna, no a/c, no fan whatsoever, no shampoo (only liquid soap that is hardly squeezing), no working TV, no normal hair dryer, no storage room for suitcases. The walls are so thin, you can hear how your neighbors are breathing. No value for such money. Better pay more but stay elsewhere

Great value, clean and comfortable.

The location was unbeatable. Access to a kitchenette with fridge proved valuable and it was well equipped for all type of meals (no oven). The market right by the building was great. Stayed in unit 204 and the floor under the kitchenette creaked loudly with each step. The windows hit the Murphy bed which makes it difficult to air out the space when cooking (no extraction).

The location was excellent. Plus the breakfast delivered outside our door at 8:00am every morning was wonderful. They delivered fruit, pastry, coffee, and juice. The apartment was just too small for the amount of money we paid.

Its price is very affordable for the location. Loved that it’s accessible to a lot of museums and spots that we really wanted to see like the Louvre, the Tuileries, BnF, Galerie Vivienne, and even close to delicious food spots and shops. I loved that the property has a lift, very clean and comfortable, with a fan inside the rooms. WS team are very accommodating, easy to communicate with and we appreciate them sending us the entry codes in advance. Also loved that they suggested a place to store our bags when we checked out earlier than our train schedule. Would definitely book another property when I visit again in the future!

It’s a great location to explore Paris. I enjoyed my stay there. Though it’s unmanned service but the staffs responded to the email quickly and solved the small issue quickly. There is a bus stop nearby to/from train station and not far from metro stop. There are lots of restaurants right by. 8 mins from Louvre, you can explore the museum at night. The room is definitely perfect for one but It’s ok for two. However I stayed for a week, they should have cleaned the room once but none.

Location was the best It could be better, more room and more facilities in the room.

Great location and nice and clean. Like every place in Paris, it was hard on the budget.

Good location Poor communication we asked for extra pillow they said they had none the on subsequent email said they would give us one( none turned up)

The water wasn't heating up and the pillows were super uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep as some other apartments had a lot of noise and the apartments have no good acoustic isolation.

Cleaner entered the property before check out. Security breach. Extremely small apartment for 4 people. completely unacceptable size.

The place was very strategic I booked the 2 rooms apartment and it look quite spacious in the images but the place was very small . When I asked for extra pillow they were unable to provide as the pillow size was very small and not the standard size.

Only the location. There is black mould growing in the window and we are now sick. The cleaning staff never came when they said they were and we were left with wet towels until the next day. Their response was it’s late evening at 5:30pm we can’t do anything about it, someone will come tomorrow.

Molding and dusting. Key panel issues.

The location was excellent! Customer service: I had issues with the door code and had to call support five times, spending about an hour on the phone in front of the closed door. Two out of three operators hung up on me. Not the best experience, especially since I was travelling from abroad with a child. On top of that, the floors were very dirty and sandy, and then all that dirt ended up on the bed.
