It feels and smells very clean - offer nice room service options, so close to casinos! Lots of construction in the area, lots of yelling during the night not sure if other people were having an argument in the hallway

Friendly and cooperative staff. Went out of their way to get me a meeting room previously unannounced. They contributed to the success of my trip.

Its very new and very pretty and clean. Honestly though, we couldnt wait to get out of kansas. The people that live/work there didnt seem to excited about being there either. Maybe its just major culture shock from where I was born and raised but my friend grew up in the midwest and she also thought kansas was ‘creepy’. Sorry.

This hotel is fairly new, clean, good location, nice helpful staff, close to casino, and a very good breakfast. Would stay there again.

Check in was awesome as always. She rocks and remembered my husband and I. 5 star check in!! The landscaping is horrible. Leaking facet outside the building near the smoking area at the south door. Broken glass and wasted water with the sprinkler system.

New property, nice clean room, good breakfast. Tried to fet a shuttle to casino but that didn't work out. Staff not very helpful.

Our room was nice, very clean! My advice bring your own pillows and an extra blanket! The pillows are super thin. We thought maybe ours were just old and wore out so we ask the front desk for some more and they were the same way. There was a refrigerator in the room which the room description did not mention, so that was nice also. Overall, it was nice, will just remember to take my own pillows next time I stay there.

The property was expertly managed and the staff were very friendly. I had zero issues with my stay (I never say zero issues at any motel but honestly I did not have any issues).

Staff was great helping me sort out a problem with Hotels.com. Room was very nice for the price.

I had no real issues with the facility aside from the construction adjacent to the property. There was some machine that ran off and on throughout the night that woke me several times. Maybe a water truck to keep down dust or something. Not egregiously loud but enough to wake me. All in all a great place to stay, I’d stay again the next time if that project is finished.

Exceptional

Bed was comfy and the breakfast was awesome. The only thing I did not like was no microwave in the room. Other than that. It was awesome. Bathroom was like another bedroom.

The room was clean the staff was very friendly will definitely stay there again

All rooms are wheelchair accessible which means no counter space in the bathroom.

Nice and clean hotel

Close to Casino. Bed was a little hard, but other than that, clean rooms, no pets allowed, no smoking allowed. Super big plus to smell a fresh room. Nice employees.

The room and staff was great. The only two complaints I have; the breakfast wasn't that great even for a continental and the tv continued to search for a signal. Everything else was wonderful.
