Holiday Inn Denver-Parker-E470/Parker Road by IHG

Breakfast was a joke. Had to unplug the tv to turn it off and the volume couldn’t be adjusted. Shampoo bottles half full.

Every amenity was closed (pool, hot tub and restaurant) which was the only reason for staying at this hotel! When we got to the room the blinds were falling off and the there wasnt any toilet paper, the TV won't allow Netflix or any other streaming service even once connected to the internet and when the front desk was asked they said that I would need a laptop and they dont know why but the tvs have never worked! This hotel was a waste of money and I will never be back!

Carpet dirty in room it had some kind of cookie chunks or dog biscuits all over the room. I stepped on a sharp piece of metal luckily I didn’t cut my foot. The cleaning staff never came in the room to clean or restock the room or empty the trash, the entire stay of 5 days and 4 nights. I had to ask the front desk for coffee. My door key deactivated two of the nights and I had to go back down to the lobby from my room on the third floor. I showed the desk clerk the piece of metal when checking out told him about the cleaning staff issues and all he said was we have a new cleaning crew. No sorry or any kind of apology. Just we have a new cleaning crew. I won’t be staying at a holiday inn again and maybe a IHC HOTEL.

This was the worst stay ever..the room was dirty with toenails on the floor next to the bed. OVerflowing trash at the entrance that was there from Saturday thru moday morning. The pool and spa were not working which is a main reason we booked there. We had 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel to share for 3 people. The breakfast was terrible with only cereal 1 container of yogurt and some terrible individually wrapped pastries that tasted like they came from the discount rack. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. I have stayed here in the past and had way better experiences. It will be my last stay here.

Holiday Inn properties are normally excellent— the company should be ashamed of how run down they have let this property become. It’s like they are the ugly stepchild. Hopefully the property will be upgraded soon, sold , or closed.. I gave threes just to be nice and because the staff was very nice

I booked here to use the pool and hot tub. Which was not working my entire stay.

I was very disappointed with my first time visit. The pool and restaurant were not available. The room carpet was stained in several areas. The breakfast was very limited and dirty. The water in the bathroom sink was scalding to brush my teeth. The air conditioning was not good and could not be adjusted. The trash in the breakfast room was overflowing and the trash outside the door at the east side stairwell was very overflowing. Very disappointed and I would not stay there again…

Breakfast was "ok". Was the regular cereal, bread, yogurt stuff. They were stingy on the little cheese omelettes and paper thin bacon. 24 hr coffee station 👍 great!

The pool was broken, room was very stuffy and changing the air temperature didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was basic and hot food did not look appetizing. Bed was comfy. Hotel looked a little tired, in need of an overhaul.

Unfortunately this hotel was a big disappointment. 1st room was dirty and sheets not charging from last person that stayed there. Stains on carpet, scuff marks everywhere, pool broken, tack strip nail sticking out, Helpful staff, but we will not stay there again.

There was no notification that the pool and hot tub were closed prior to arrival or upon booking. The restaurant is closed on site and no notification of that either. Breakfast for the entire community consisted of five yogurts and three apples and that was literally it. There was no milk, no cereal or no other juices or options. The morning on-site staff said he’s doing what he can which I understand. He’s not gonna go grocery shopping for a hotel of this size however, when you advertise a continental breakfast, that’s what is expected.

Beds are terrible .. TV’s are from the 90’s will not stay again

Clean hotel. Staff are friendly. But the incidental deposit of $150 is three times what other hotels of higher quality charge. Because of this, I would not return to this hotel.

Room was very clean shower was very hot and Powerful I had a great stay

While the bathroom looked relatively clean as I think was the bedding (hopefully), it was hard to get beyond the stained carpet. I think there were even some blood stains. This hotel needs a serious renovation. The Keurig coffeemaker in the room was not working. There was coffee in the lobby, so that was helpful... just hard for me to get over that stained carpet! Luckily, I only spend one night.

The breakfast and pool were closed. The room was musty. Only a small bar of soap. Other motels have the bathroom products in the shower walls. This did not. Had to go to store and get those items. Room key worked once. Light bulb was out in bathroom. For the great reviews that made my decision I was very disappointed. Will not stay again when visiting

The hot tub and pool did not work. There was no breakfast as advertised. The carpet in the room was worn out. The TV did not work well.We ended up getting a different hotel room for our second night’s stay.

No pool, no breakfast, no real amenities. Everything closed

Property was great. Half the staff didn’t speak English so didn’t like that.

Everything was good. I enjoyed my stay.
