The pool was amazing. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been a little more diverse.

The staff was so helpful and friendly! They carried my luggage upstairs and downstairs! The pool was excellent ! The breakfast was a delicious surprise they gave to me! And the he staff was excellent! They kept my luggage till my room was ready and I could sit and swim at the pool. They also held my luggage after checking out till my taxi came at 5:30. And they let me enjoy the pool! Nothing

We booked this hotel last minute due to Ferry cancellations and the staff was very accommodating! The pool was great. Overall great value for the money.

We loved our stay at Polos! The staff really made the trip experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is maybe the pool could have been a bit warmer!

Oh lord! Those beds are terrible, needs to be change ASAP. I had back pain every single morning. We reserved a room with three twins and ALL THREE OF THEM were that bad.

A bit dated, could do with more maintenance and I should have booked better than the Triple Comfort room.

Ants in bed Outdated design Toilet didnt flush properly Pool chairs need to be replaced New umbrellas and cleaning of pigeon poop in pool and surrounding areas Not a pleasant experience very sad actually Asked the hotel to hold our luggage as we switched rooms my husbands watch and bracelet went missing but instead of trying to find a solution the lady said it’s not their fault . We filed police report ..

Pool area very nice Bed was hard as a rock, pillow was thread bare, room was sparsely furnished, no dresser, no desk , all furniture was low to ground as if designed only for shorter people. Toilet didn’t work for a time in one of the rooms . No hair dryer, iron not in room

It's a 10 minute stroll to the port. All on the flat so no struggling with luggage. There is a free public bus that takes you from the port to the beach (one block away from the hotel). The pool area is beautiful. In the room the beds are comfortable and there is lots of hot water. Faultless.Thank you. The day we had to leave.
