The staff were excellent. I had a minor issue with my room and they sorted it out immediately.

Quite noisy/not soundproof at all, all the noises from the street and from the hallway could be heard in the room and we had trouble sleeping. The breakfast items were usually over; they do fill them up pretty quickly but we always had to do for example one bread at the time because there were not enough items to make 2. The water was usually over so we could not even drink water at breakfast.

The hotel is a few minutes from the city centre. You can park your car in the car park just opposite the entrance. The room was nice and quiet with a beautiful balcony. The breakfast was very good. Giovanni, the receptionist, is the best!!!Very helpful and funny! We had a great time!

the property was in perfect location, a short walk to the port! the staff were very friendly on arrival and very kindly allowed us to check in early. the room felt very homely and safe. the breakfast was ideal for us! although we only stayed one night we could’ve stayed much longer

Quiet and cozy, breakfast on the terrace, breakfast also great Far grom the bus stop, not so clean - there was sand on the floor upon our arrival and they forgot to give us new shampoo on the second day

The location was great! A short walk to the main strip. The aircon was very good and the room was clean. The breakfast was a standout feature - the food was very nice and there were lots of options. The hotel cat was a nice friend :) The bathroom was very small - not so bothersome for a short stay but would have grown annoying over time. The shower not having a door in particular and the pressure on the sink tap could make a mess.

Well equipped, comfortable, very clean accommodation. Spacious room. Excellent friendly, attentive staff. Good continental breakfast. Good location in Parikia. I would stay there again.
