House keepers came in my room several times when I was gone the room had roaches the towels had poop stains the tile on the celling in the bathroom comes up when you open the door there’s a paper plate stuck to the celling they wouldn’t give me a refund when I asked to check out because there was people next door abusing their kids it was a terrible experience honestly.

Terrible hotel! We found cockroaches in our room, and not just one—there were several. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but unfortunately, we had to leave around 11 PM on the very first night because of the condition of the room. They also refused to refund our money. Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away from this place!

The staff was great the girl at the front desk. The housekeepers was all perfect but once you enter the room, it’s over with first of all there’s no air-conditioning in the lobby or anything so I’m standing at the dash checking in sweating profusely then I check into the room and there’s a horrible smell like somebody’s dirty feet. The air-conditioning is horrible. The beds are uncomfortable then I move the TV stand because I dropped my keys, and when I pulled the stand away from the wall, there was four cans of cockroach bombs to kill bugs, and there was also dead roaches and bedbugs on the floor behind the TV stand.

The staff didn't speak English and the bathroom shower faucet didn't work - took them forever to fix it. Was delayed for my appointment.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff wasn't really helpful. Well, I'm talking mainly about the females; the males were nice and really helpful, but they mainly worked at night. They don't really do anything much for room service except change the bathroom towels and rags and add only 1 roll of toilet paper every day. The breakfast was the worst. When you see people complaining about the breakfast, they really weren't lying. It is not that the food tastes bad its just the food options that were available. It was really limited and can barely be called a breakfast, at least from a hotel. All that was available were cereal, bread, a coffee machine, a toaster, milk, creamer, and butter. But other than that, if you're just there to have a place to sleep and stuff, it's not a bad option to pick; just be aware of these.

outside filthy. old dated. breakfast a joke.

The bathroom was also unacceptable. The shower temperature randomly changed from SCALDING HOT to ICE COLD while I was showering. The toilet was in poor condition as well. Then, around 7:00 AM, the FIRE ALARM went off and continued for OVER TWO HOURS. There was little to no guidance from the staff about what was happening or what guests were supposed to do. We were exhausted, frustrated, and left feeling completely ignored. The front desk service made an already terrible situation even worse. The woman at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern for our complaints. Cockroaches, suspected bedbugs, a broken mattress, an unsafe shower, poor bathroom conditions, and a fire alarm going off for over two hours is completely unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money and your sanity. We will NEVER stay at this Days Inn again and strongly recommend that everyone stay somewhere else.

Poor breakfast, no air clim in the lobby

My room had a strong urine odor at time of check in, then switched rooms only to get locked out twice from the key card reader on the door wasn’t working properly. I had to wait an hour and 30 mins in the middle of the night for maintenance to arrive. While the whole time dealing with a rude/disrespectful nighttime front desk clerk.

Property doesn’t seem to be maintained at all . Onsite premises were not clean and parking area at the back doesn’t seem so secure at night .

The main reason we stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham was because it was so close to an event we were attending. The front desk clerk was very nice. Our room appeared to be in the process of being renovated. We were pleased with the laminate floor in our room. Carpets can be really disgusting. Our king-sized bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. Our room seemed quite clean and fully stocked with towels. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, we were concerned about the "sketchy" appearance of the back parking lot, which was full of trash, pallets, shopping carts, debris, and personal items. Going into the lobby we immediately noticed that it wasn't air conditioned. We weren't offered a second room key, but we didn't need it for this stay. Our room needed it's renovation completed. The mirror had not been hung. One lamp shade was damaged and missing it fastener. The tub surround looked like it had been replaced but the old fixtures were still there. The sink also had an old fixture with missing parts. Our air conditioner made a constant rattling all night.
