Shady place and owner. Felt unsafe, especially since the owner wanted to negotiate extra charges for things they don't allow (like pets), because he said money is tight. I wonder what else he is willing to negotiate. Does it include criminal activity?

Mr. P was very welcoming and accommodating for me. I kind of fell on hard times and without having to fully explain he sincerely helped me out. Neighbors lol…no big deal though.
