I book the hotel but i got to shock when im going to pay the payment was increase instead i booked this hotel to think that i can get more cheaper, and the room is very small. For me not recommended this hotel…

We were charged double. Initial reservation was made through booking.com. However, upon check-in, the front desk did not find the booking and made another direct reservation, and cash payment was collected. The card attached to the booking reservation was charged as well.

The aircon was too slow to produce cold. It's hot. The tv is not working.

You can just leave your luggage only 1 hr complimentary I’ve been to so many countries it’s not like this you can leave luggage and pick up later but no timeframe that is why tourist don’t come to Philippines don’t tell that to tourist because they will be offended and not comeback this is what the reception lady tell me

Only location because near to airport I’m disappointed ☹️? because when I booked in booking.com bed it’s nice in pictures and big but in personal total not the same, bed not comfy , very small room and even though not fit our all luggage and elevator very small as well. And when we arrived no wifi we’re disappointed ☹️ because we need for work. We booked for 2 day’s but we stayed for 1 day only ! because it’s unsafe place. And I’m unhappy with receptionist unprofessional. Except security his friendly , polite and helped us?

Not to far to LRT station just walking distance Room are too small.and you need to ask the information everyday for the soap and shampoo not initiatively deliver to your room as this is essential to every hotel to provide for their guest

Sometimes internet connection is lost for longer periods. TV is affected. Slow action on staff dealing w/ the fault. Complimentary toiletries should be given automatically per day when guests extended their stay.

Staff was unpleasant and abrupt, to the point of rudeness.

Room are ok The toilet showee floor and wall was dirry ,there is some black molds in waĺl of the toilet

Location is convenient and accessible to places, and the staff are very accommodating, proactive, and helpful. Amenities are old and need an upgrade, the blanket is too small, the internet isn’t reliable and the TV isn’t working.
