Noise from street at night.

A new hotel near MRT, LRT, and the airport. There is a mall nearby too. The hotel is located in a very rough area that looks like a slum. On my first day there was no electricity due to maintenance. The hotel elevator is still under construction. The room is tiny and I found cockroaches. I also had to share the air con with the room next to me, which means you can’t turn on/off or control the temperature. Walls are paper thin, so unfortunately you hear a lot of noise. Terrible Wi-Fi. I stayed 3 days and not once did housekeeping clean the bathroom!

It’s cheap! *The location is very crowded. *Inconvenient driveway, heavily crowded street and very narrow. *Basement parking area gets flooded and cramped. *Hallway is gets really hot, no AC. *No elevator (yet/under construction) *Our room has no drawers and cabinets. They have 1 hanger provided. *Bathroom smells from the drainage and odor goes around the room. No air fresheners. *Did not provide us bathroom tissue or complimentary soap/shampoo. *Bedsheets and blankets too thin and short. *Fair internet/wi-fi connection.

The room was clean The location is in the inner most of the city among all residence, no basic toiletries, trying to call front desk, no answer.. broken shower and even toilet. No complete info of contact number for reporting of facilities

Location was perfect for my needs. A few small shops and eating places nearby and close to Taft avenue station. Warning: google maps from the airport gives a strange route. My taxi driver relied on google maps on my phone (strange!!) and we got stuck in alleys that were too small to pass with a car. Nothing

Was still under construction wish the elevator worked but overall was nice Only thing was the room service menu you could only order at certain times of the day not all eat at set times and you don’t get a blanket for the bed you have to pay extra for that

The staff are very accommodating and friendly Since it was still under construction, the smell of the paint and the noises from the drilling was very irritating.
