Location and room size are very good, Very helpful staff. Loved the ability to jump from the forth floor and take the express to the pool (deep end only). Fifth floor express might take you some where else? Mold smells, no hot water, uncomfortable bedding and seating, excessive road noise all night, food smells from previous tenants. Very poor security to your room (may aswell leave your door open considering how strong they are)

The building was old, there was air condition but only in the room not the apartment. The place was near the highway and it was to loud. Better book in a stay cation apartment.

The location was great close to everything The air-conditioning unit was broken. They replaced it with another air-conditioning unit and that wasn't working properly, it was very hot there. This apartment unit has ants lots of them. I took a video of the ants and showed it to the front desk staff member on checkout.

The place just doesn't seem clean and it's an older hotel Room hasn't been updated in years. And the breakfast is small.

Huge room, excellent views of airport, could watch planes taking off. Staff very nice, pool clean and easy to use. Service was excellent. Great location close to MRT, Mall of Asia, good restaurants and shopping. No hot water in the shower. As you exit the hotel and head right (east) to the nearest 7-11, the neighborhood is awful, with thefts regularly occurring along that stretch of road.

+ Location: with a taxi (which can also be ordered from the reception), close to the airport. Nearby a 7-eleven store (not accepting cards), a bigger shopping mall, and also the Mall of Asia (visible from the balcony). + Breakfast: included in the price + Room: spacious, clean rooms, separate kitchen with living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with basic dishes, and cutlery, so ideal for simple cooking. There is also a fridge. + Facilities: a nice small swimming pool - Location: If your room has a balcony oriented to the main street, you will not sleep well. Very noisy, even from the higher floors. The hotel is situated on a very busy main street. - Breakfast: No buffet, Choose from 8 different dishes: continental breakfast, American breakfast, pancakes, and local dishes. But do not expect a standard. For example, a continental breakfast is just 4 slices of toast bread with butter and marmalade. - Hence not suitable for people with allergies. Plus coffee, tea, or water. - Room: Noisy from the outside, the air conditioner is placed not over the bed or on the ceiling but basically next to the bed. The kitchen and living room without air conditioning is very hot. Some pieces of the furniture is outdated.
