Best Western Premier Pasco Inn & Suites

Clean rooms ,friendly staff. Really good breakfast with efficient and friendly servers.Room had a weird smell like goodwill sour smelling furniture every time you walked in.Everything was really clean and neat don't know where smelling was from.Oter then that was happy with our stay.

The wonderful young lady at the front desk, whose name started with a C, went above and beyond to change my reservation so I could stay that night. Her kindness and understanding turned a very stressful situation into a huge relief. Even though the hotel’s boiler had unexpectedly failed and there was no hot water, I honestly didn’t care. I was simply so grateful to have a room thanks to her incredible customer service. She is a true asset to your team. Thank you again!

was a really nice place to stay

The reason I retained a star: My husband and I decided to head out on our first vacation alone in a long while to the Oregon Coast. Coming from eastern Washington, the trip is a long jaunt, and at this time of year HOT, so we got out of town late after work Saturday. I looked for bar/restaurant hours and couldn't find them, so I called the Best Western line. I was told they stop service at 10pm. Phew! So we didn't eat prior to leaving, looking forward to a steak and some wine to kick off vacation. We arrived at 9:12pm and skipped check in so we could eat without keeping staff too long. As we passed the front desk, the lovely gal told us the kitchen closed at 930pm. We rushed in. We sat right at the bar to speed the process and the bartender was with us right away. However, she said they had a limited menu. Four fried options. We got shrimp and hot wings. They were fine enough, with a tiny handful of fries, but we were really disappointed and starving. Just a note for others looking for food hours.

Convenient location. It was easy to come and go to all the places and events during our stay. Breakfast was an added plus.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property

Had to find a hotel for me and my dog after we had planned to spend the night at nearby Hood Park in a tent but nearby fireworks changed our plans and made my pup freak out. Found this amazing hotel for a great rate with just a $15 pet fee. Breakfast was amazing and the room was easy to access via stairwell. This isn’t your grandmother’s Best Western as it was more along the lines of an Embassy Suites type of experience. Microwave and fridge in the room for convenience. Good coffee and friendly staff make this highly recommended spot in Pasco!

Loved it

The staff were especially helpful. The person at the front desk, Alex, made sure we got our order in for the restaurant before the closed the kitchen (we only had 10 minutes left when we were checking in so his advice made it so we were able to get dinner in when we arrived which was a huge help after long travel). We also had two kids with us they made sure the pool stayed open late for us too so our kids could swim. The next day the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for a hotel free breakfast, it really stood out. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels on our travel and this one stood out! We will be back and we wanted to thank the staff for really making our night, it easily could have not worked out and they made it better.

Excellent! We had our best night of sleep on day 11 of road trip. Excellent breakfast! We highly recommend as an excellent choice for spending a night.
