Location food taste - No shampoo in the dispenser, even after asking 5 times to refill the dispenser - No hand towels, even after asking again and again - everytime we ordered food in the room for 2 people, we received only one spoon, or maybe one fork and one spoon, only one glass for 2 people - coffee table is too too small - complimentary toiletry set is very poor

Located in market area. Rooms are decent but lack facilities for the price. 5-star hotel available in the city for same price. Restaurant is sub standard with respect to menu amd quality of preparation. Excessively spicy. Fresh fruit juice was good.

Didnt have breakfast over there. Location is very good. Near to Railway station and Airport Not value for money. We have stayed at hotels in Dubai which offer a lot more in the same price. Wifi was not usable at all.

Good location Dirty linen on beds. Got only one towel. Requested for additional towel and some tea bags. Nothing was delivered. Requested packed breakfast which was an apology!
