Staff was good to ok. Rooms need updating,beds need updating and beds sheets need to be cleaned. Keep on asking for new bedding bad. Can go on but was good to fair. Generally the room cleaning and having your your breakfast in room, wish I took photos of the room to share with others.

TRUELY SPEAKING NOTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL THERE IS A HIDDEN SENTENCE THAT WHEN YOU ARE VISITING BIHAR YOU DEFINITELY EXPERIENCE THE WORST. Same of ours. our experience was vey very bad. Our plan was breakfast included. At 1st day night I told to the staff to provide us breakfast by 8 AM. They promised to do so. But on 2nd day morning surprisingly we did not receive breakfast till 11 AM. We fid not receive a single cup of tea in the morning. Suddenly manager came and asked when are you leaving. That time we told that we did not receive any breakfast. After that we received some cold paratha. From he breakfast menu we ordered below items : Person 1 - Chola Bhatire, Dahi, Tea. Person 2 - Butter toast, 2 bolied egg. ( Note : These are included in the Menu. We did not order anything extra) .Noise of AC machine was bey bad. Unable to sleep properly with AC machine on. Room was not clean. Incompatible stuff and management running the hotel. We spend 5224 RS for 2 night stay. We expect some service which was badly missed by us.

Staff are very pleased they are doing his best but anyhow feel that managment have overall responsibility . At the time of entry told for rent & its advice that when a customer will come at yr property min one glass water will be prefered bur any how evryone focus on entry .
