I couldn’t stay at this property even when I had reserved my stay almost a month before and my booking was showed CONFIRMED on booking. I had messaged this property week before my arrival asking if there is no problem(just to make sure) and i didn’t receive anything that says my booking is NOT Valid. So i went to the location all the way from my previous stay which was almost 20km away and walked up there in the hot sun to reach. So i went to the location all the way from my previous stay which was almost 20km away and walked up there in the hot sun to reach. Unfortunately some ladies laughing and sitting in the open area welcomed me very rudely. One lady (i think she is the owner) asked me where i booked and i said booking.com she said no i dont have room with no explanation or apology. She was laughing and talking with other ladies the entire time while i was standing there panicking because what do you mean you dont have room when I have confirmed booking?? I was waiting for explanation but she just shouted at me to look at some paper and i looked at it, it said sorry we are fully booked contact the OYO and booking.com customer service number. She didn’t even say sorry or tried to explain which was very evil. January is one of the busiest tourism season in thailand hence everything was fully booked or extremely expensive. I had no where to go after hours of traveling, my entire day plan was ruined because of it. I had to pay more than double the amount i budgeted for 3 day stay. It was economically, emotionally, physically very exhausting and I was just so upset. I was never informed and I had to deal with these last minute ruined my vacation. And the fact that the owner lady didnt even try to be sorry was just so hurtful. She didn’t even care saying that she is fully booked until the 20th while smiling. I called OYO customer service number and they just told me to look for another places which was also very hurtful because how do you expect me to find another stay when almost everything is fully booked or the prices went up so much. I called booking.

I called them to ensure my booking and they said my ticket number is not booked as they are overbooked and that I should cancel booking which will be refunded. They charged me and is not getting back to my messages
