Pearl Mansions

The villa administrator was client oriented. The TV had bad reception. First 2 days there were some issues with the water, but were solved rapidly. The villa has 2 floors (separate entrances), you are not fully alone in the house if the other "villa" is taken. The gate can not be closed.

The views from the villa are amazing, especially during sunrise. The villa is spotless and they even offer cleaning service throughout the week. The hospitality from the host is 5 star - it made my stay even more special. The villa is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The drive up to the villa from the main road can be a little daunting at first but after a few trips back and forth i got comfortable with it.

It has a great view, and it is very peaceful.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and Christos was very proactive and gave his best to have everything we needed. He also booked for us very beautiful restaurants and recommended a lot of nice places. I would definitely come back here. -

The location was stunning. Set high above Nikiana. The garden and pool area was really well maintained and a perfect place for the kids to play. Our host Chris went above and beyond on many occasions. He was immediately responsive to our every query even when we messaged at 10pm to say our water had stopped he sent a plumber and brought bottled water to the property for us, even though the water supply issue was a local / town supply issue. The road to the house is a little difficult to navigate but it is not a major thing. The kitchen needs some refurbishment on the cupboard doors as they broke a few times while we were there.

The hosts were amazing. They kept constant communication with us, we met up at a different spot and they drove in front of us so we could find the villa.

We stayed in 3 bedroom Vila with private garden. The view was amazing and so was the garden, very quiet location up the mountain. Really nice host, thumbs up for Dimitris. Accommodation was good, one mention would be that one of the beds was very squeaky. The road up to there is also a bit challenging, but it’s a good thing it’s not that crowded.

We really liked our vacation in this place, the view is extremely beautiful, calm, cozy and romantic! The owner of this house is careful and attentive, if any little things happened, he solved them instantly. since this is the tenth time we have traveled to Greece, this is the first time such a caring owner of the villa. the location of the villa is for those who like a quiet, romantic vacation. at first we were scared of the road to the hotel, but then we realized that it was fun to live there and next time we would definitely come back here

The view from roseline villa was spectacular it was spacious clean and just as gorgeous as the first time we stayed here in 2018 I wasn’t fond of the appartments on other side of road as the washing machine didn’t work properly and there were no mirrors for makeup and dressing

The fact that every room had its own bathroom and that cleaning was done every two days. We also appreciated that there was laundry detergent, water in the fridge, tea and the view is awesome. The owner was very nice and willing to make a comfortable stay.

We stayed at Rosaline villa,and we absolutely loved everything!The view is spectacular,villa is very beautiful,very comfortable inside,fully equipped .It has all you need for a perfect vacation! The outside space is perfect to enjoy your breakfast,a coffee and wine with your friends. Location is great for visit the most popular beaches. Dimitris is an excellent host!Thank you for all your support during our stay and for guide us and made our stay very pleasant! If we will have the opportunity to came back to Lefkada,we definitely stay at Pearl Mansions. I have already recommend the location to our friends! There is nothing we didn’t like!

We got an upgrade to the three-bedroom villa because the pool was out of order, and it was very comfortable and spacious. The location is quite far above Nikiana but still just about walkable within half an hour, and it is nice to have the peace and quiet outside the town. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped with cooking materials (eg oil, salt and pepper) but this is not a large problem at all.
