Nice view. Good location - 3 min to the bus stop, 30 min by bus to the train station. There is a free parking for guests. Equipped kitchen, new furniture and bathroom. It was warm. Nice and helpful staff, we had an early check-in. Just FYI, it is not something that we didn’t like. There is 100 euro deposit in cash. There were no shampoo and gel. There is an option to bring your own linens or pay for them. Bring tablets for the washing machine. HDMI cable may be useful, if you would like to watch movies on TV.

The apartment is in a beautiful part of Innsbruck, with stunning views of the mountains. As soon as we arrived, we both relaxed and at home. The beauty of the location was that we were able to leave the car at the apartment and either use public transport or walk which was just what we wanted. The place was spotless and surprisingly very spacious.

We had a lovely week-long stay. Our host Claudia welcomed us and gave us many useful informations about the attractions in Innsbruck and tips about hiking in the nearby mountains. The apartment is cozy and clean. In the kitchen you can find everything for preparing meals. The bed is really comfortable and balcony in the living room is the best with the amazing view on the mountains. Claudia’s house is located in the peaceful village Patsch where air smells of forest. There is free parking space next to the house and the bus stop is only 3 minutes away on foot so there is an easy way to go to Innsbruck and back with a public transport. I am glad that we stayed in Claudia’s house and I really recommend it.

Loved everything about this apartment. Was really clean, spacious, incredible views, comfortable bed, equipped with all necessary equipment and even more in the kitchen. For example there was spaghetti, stock cubes, spices and a very handy dishwasher! There were plenty of charging ports throughout the house and it felt like home. The location is great, only 4 minutes to a bus stop. We were given a free welcome card which provided free transport within Innsbruck and 4 free cable car journeys and 20% discount off Nordkette and Patscherkofel cable cars as well as other handy discounts. There were plenty of free car parking spaces directly outside the apartment. There is a balcony from the living room which provides extensive, beautiful views of the mountains and the valleys. The host, Claudia, was very welcoming and smiley. She explained what we could do in Innsbruck and was available for any questions. She provides us with maps of the hiking trails, transport and the bus timetables. She happily gave us our deposit back and gave us a small leaving gift of herbs she grew in her garden, which smell amazing! I would happily stay here again. It was perfect. I would be lucky to live there.
