I like it… it is nice and quiete. The rooms are huge and they have a little garden and pool where it is nice to hang out. The place is near a nice park where you can go for a walk or for training. I recommend it!

The restaurant and food was the best part about the hotel! The food was wonderful and very inexpensive! I stayed there a week and everything I ate there was wonderful! The mattress was wore out and the bathtub porcelain was wore off down to the metal, if they did know more than paint the tub by a professional tub painter and paint the tile I would say let the hotel was a great value!

They didn’t change bedsheets and blanket cover for 3 nights… They tidied up the things around to make look like it was cleaned and changed towels and brought water, and shampoo with soap. 3 nights on used bedsheets. Not good at all. It supposed to be changed every day. Location is kind of inconvenient and a little too far from Pattaya beach and to the nearest pier. Can walk but for immediate appointments you have to get a bike taxi. Though there are a few taxi drivers on the corner of the alley available in the morning.

The location was good. Near to everything to do in the city. The room was good and the pool was good too. These is no lift this hotel which is a drawback as our room was on 4rth floor and we had to climb.

The hotel was quiet. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent for this price. The location is convenient for folks who drives bikes because the hotel is equally distant from Walking street and beaches.

The property is good but the staff was rude. Th staff was very rude. One of the female staff was always bugging us for bike and female guest. Whenever we bring any female guest, she always complain and rush to make them get out of the property. Also we had bike in the parking which is loud by default, we can't do anything about it as this is always loud but staff scream at us and telling us not use the bike. My question is this is our hotel where we pay, it supposed to be out comfort zone but she made our stay miserable.

The property is good location and quiet. Because there's no elevator and the hotel staff do not help to carry the luggage to 4th floor. Additionally, the room a/c do not cover well and the washroom leaks everywhere even the shower is too slow to take a proper shower. The staff is rude and harassed us many times because we got big bike and we bring girl in the room. The don't like it. But I have paid for the service, this is my home and I don't obligated to follow any other person personal problem. Last day they even told me book big room because the owner told not to book the same room. But when I first book the room for one day they said okay the can give me the room with balcony. Now they made issue about everything. Specially a thin female staff she is very rude. I will never come here anymore.

Easy to find, good location. There are lots of nice cafes not so far from the hotel and a night market 15 min on foot. Cleaning services is fine. It was difficult to have a proper conversation with the staff, either due to their lack of English level or their unprofessional attitude. Every time we tried to talk to the receptionist, she would get distracted by other hotel staff and immediately switch to her language, forgetting about us and leaving us waiting until she finished her conversation. When we arrived, we realized that the room was not the same as shown in the pictures. When I asked the receptionist about this, she claimed it was the exact room we had booked according to their system. She also informed us that they couldn’t move us to another room because the hotel was fully booked. The balcony was half the size shown in the pictures and had only one chair. To make matters worse, half of the balcony space was taken up by the outdoor AC unit. It was impossible to sit on the balcony when the AC was on because the unit was extremely loud and blew strong air directly onto the balcony. The bathroom was completely different from what we expected. The bathtub coating was peeling off, and the floor looked dirty. The water pressure was very low, making us take twice as long to shower. When we reported this to the staff, they checked it and said the low pressure was to be expected on the fourth floor. They suggested showering early in the morning or during the day when fewer guests were using water. Unfortunately, even at those times, the water pressure remained just as low. Moreover, we found ants on the floor and later even in the bed. Despite the cleaning service, the ants kept reappearing and crawling on us, which was incredibly uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel and will not book it again. There are much better hotels and apartments in the area at the same price point.

Location is within walking distance to some venues. Many restaurants and 7-11 stores close by. Room was large and reasonably clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was relatively quiet. The hotel has very good wifi although the advertisement says no wifi. There is a nice and modern TV. Plenty of closet space and drawers to store clothing. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of hot water. No bugs or insects in the room. The balcony was nice. The bathtub was very rundown and needs to be refurbished or replaced. The shower could be stronger. The mattress has protruding springs that hurt. Extra bedding supplied by the hotel helped but the mattress really should be replaced. It's actually a box spring not a mattress. There is no safe in the room to secure valuables. There are only 2 electrical outlets.. Had to buy a surge protector. The hotel didn't have one available. There is no lift.
