staff are literally shouting and yelling at customers, even if you wish to smoke a vape in the balcony - its a big crime that ended up for the staff shouting at us to the ground floor and then the same employee of the hotel ( a guy) came to our room so angry and kept yelling at us even though after he yelled at us from the ground floor we complied and told him nicely that no one told us that the balcony was off limits to smoke generally the staff at the hotel are overall not trained in customer service- even at break fast if we ask for a spoon the lady make a big face and then shouts and tell us from her counter because she cannot move as she is on her phone and tell us to go and get it our self.

It’s a lovely hotel, too is spacious and the staff very friendly. The rooftop pool is a big plus! The breakfast is a bit basic but still ok!

Great location and close to Jomtien Beach. Plenty of restaurants around, if you are willing to explore and the area has a very chill atmosphere. Rompho Complex around the corner, for those into the night-life. Room view wasnt the best but not much of a problem honestly, as was out of the room most of the day.
