The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, quite close to the walking street and many restaurants. very good price It was quite dirty and run down. it did not look like the photos. small room with a dirty bathroom. there was part of the wall chipping off with pieces just left on the floor, un-cleaned before we arrived. the air conditioner had problems, was leaking and when they fixed it, they left a pile of water in our room. weird smell in the room. the balcony’s view was straight into people’s apartments.

This place was very quiet and conviently located. The bed was a little stiffer than what I like.

Quiet place, far from bars and clubs. Only complaint: the Wi-Fi was sloooow, even though they promised high-speed internet before I checked in. That’s going to be a problem for anyone who works or studies online. Second issue: the beds are hard. I actually got bruises on my hips and shoulders from the mattress. I brought it up with the staff, and they did provide a soft mattress topper, which helped.

Clean and convenient. Hotel staff are hospitable especially the front desk. The location is accessible going to Pattaya Beach, Balihai Pier and Jomtien.

Good location. Clean, generally. Nice staff. Ground floor room is bit noisy and too bright. Also bugs on ground floor. I suggest asking for rooms upstairs.
