Very clean. Great location. Wonderful staff. Excellent saltwater pool on the roof. Had the King suite. Another closet needed for hanging clothes.

1. I liked the breakfast the most. The Chefs accommodated me with a special dish for my particular diet. 2. I also liked the smooth elevator ride. 3. The umbrellas in the room were useful. 4. Small but useful balcony. 5. Very hot sink water when needed. 6. The room was so comfortable, it'd be easy to spend the entire day inside of it, and not leave the hotel. Haha. 7. Location was very convenient with 7-11 being just right outside the hotel. As well as good restaurants, massage shops, and a dispensary right across the street. As well as Soi Bhakao (a main Rd to main area) right outside the hotel. 8. And a major shopping Center (with Movie Theatre) about a 7 minute walk in the western direction of the hotel. 9. Finally, beware of Splash deals at the hotel; these are discounted rates for multiple nights booked. You'd only know about them once you get to the hotel, as they're advertised at the front desk. Appears to be an incentive to get users to extend their stays. 1. The fitness center was small and treadmills did not seem to operate as expected when trying to use them. 2. Rooms were advertised as soundproof but could clearly hear neighbors in next door room. 3. The area where the hotel is located can been pretty noisy, even with the balcony door shut. Til 4am. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. 4. Car service (for a fee) offered by the hotel was in a very old car, that smelled like cigarettes. - Typically car service and airport shuttle service at a location of this standard would have matching quality, but the vehicle that took me to the airport appeared to be an old, early to mid 1990s van.

Wonderful staff. Always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and also à la carte meals were great too. Restaurant servers always have a big smile and provide great service.

Horrible staff and horrible room balcony facing an apartment block just 3 meters away where one could see under garments and clothes hung right in your face. And despite mentioning would pay at the property they charged my card 2 days prior to arrival. Shame and shall never stay there ever again. Mannerless staff at check in as they scornfully laughed at me and my family when i confronted them on why they charged my card when clearly it was mentioned i would pay at the property on check in with cash

Staff was the BEST. They went out of their way. Great location. No counter space on bathroom sink, big problem for me. Breakfast was a Pass. Coffee was good but went to other restaurants for breakfast even though the hotel's breakfast was included.

The staff were very responsive to my request. My minor issue is that the breakfast menu mostly consists of pork meals which I can't eat.

3rd time staying. The location is great. Lots to do around the area. Restaurant across the street on the corner was my fav. The housekeeper was super friendly. The front desk staff was nice. The tall lady with the nice smile was super friendly. They dont offer late checkout. My hotel in Bangkok offered us a few hours longer before our flight, and we only asked for 2 hours, plus they were busy. We will definitely stay there again. You would think after staying 3 times, they would check guest history and offer some sort of late checkout. That's only downside complaint. Would be nice if the gym was open 24 hours.
