Very old. Staff also not helpful

Nothing really. Rude staff, dirty, dingy, outdated, run down, paint flaking, long long walk to room, located in ally. There was a pipe sticking up in the shower that I stubbed my toe on. Safe in room didn’t work and was old.

Had an A/C issue but that was fixable.

They charge for a guess, what?! They said it was hotel policy but they can't show you the policy, smh. They never replaced my water, so I couldn't make tea or coffee. I was told that I can't drink room water outside of the hotel, what, why not?! Hotel policy again, smh. When it was time to check out I was confronted about hotel water bottles, what?! They ask, "Where are your water bottles, you only have one?" Are you serious? I saw a bug in the room. Restaurant closes at 5 or 6 p.m. so you only can breakfast, possibly lunch but not dinner.

The location was great, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The Central Pattaya mall is right next door, just a minute walk to the entrance. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. There a nice pool in the courtyard. There was a 7-11 right next door and street vendors along the street of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was good and cheap.

Only the Location Kokroach and Ant every where in the room. Chinese Kokroach and small Ant. Complained several times, but no proper steps. Another is, Wi-Fi. Very poor Wi-Fi connection.
