Location was good, 18 th floor room had an amazing sea view Rooms were very small and the two bedroom suite felt cramped The bathroom had no lock which was really very upsetting and inconvenient as we were a family with 2 teen kids and they felt very embarrassed The service was poor, the room make up team never refilled our coffee, tea and sugar and not even the toilet tissues ?

Good interior design Not enough parking lots. You need to use the parking elevator which doesn’t look safe for your car at all. You already got charge for the room for your stay but front staff asked to pay additional THB 2,000 per room for deposit in cash. WHY???? I don’t have cash. I asked if I can transfer or not. They did not accept and tell us to go out to the ATM to get cash for deposit. WHAT A SERVICE HERE ???

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was silent. We couldn’t hear other guests or noise in the hallway. Upon arrival they demanded 2,000 baht deposit in cash (this was not mentioned in the hotel booking). When asked if I could use Thai bank scan pay they said no and told us to use our foreign currency… we live in Thailand and haven’t been home in almost a year. They also said no to cards. The elevators are very slow. Some girls being let in/out of the hotel clearly from walking street without ID being checked or anything. Room hadn’t been checked before our arrival, smelled like it hadn’t been occupied in a long time, lots of ants, and no soap for washing hands in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t very exciting or filling.

Staff is really kind. Fast cleaning (sometimes twice a day). Great restaurant on the first floor. Our room had kitchen with microwave, it’s really useful sometimes. In the shower is really difficult to adjust water temperature, because it takes about minute to change, we always jumps from hot water to cold. Near bed we didn’t find light switch to turn off all lights. Pool on the top floor doesn’t have beds.

Overall, the apartments are nice, fresh, and clean. The bed linen and towels are clean, and the room is cleaned every day. The location is good — on a quiet street, with a 7-Eleven just 1 minute away. There is also a sauna and a swimming pool, which were almost always empty. The security staff and reception workers are very friendly. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor that serves Guinness beer. • The room is advertised as an apartment with a kitchen, but in reality there are only two plates, some cups, and a couple of forks. There isn’t even a trash bin. • There are no sun loungers by the pool at all, so it’s not possible to relax there after swimming. That’s probably why the pool is always empty. • The biggest and most unpleasant downside is the extremely rude attitude of the staff in the restaurant on the second floor. Even though there were only 2–3 people at breakfast each day, they didn’t clear dirty dishes from the tables, and they reacted very aggressively to any requests or questions.

It's a condo-apartment converted to a hotel, and they've done a good job. The facilities feel new, pool is well maintained, and so are all spaces. Most staff are very decent and polite. The restaurant staff are unpredictable, impolite and extremely rude. Me and my family understood it was a limited menu breakfast, and didn't face any issues, but other guests who didn't could've been explained the same with a smile on the face. The staff murmured under their breaths, made hissing sounds and clicked their lips the moment any other guest asked for anything beyond their mandate. We felt bad the way the other guests were treated. Utensils aren't provided, so the kitchen photos mislead in believing that this might be a full-serviced kitchen, but it's only a kitchenette.

- Front desk staff ( Rude) - Checkin time (late & Not smooth) - No Buffet breakfast as mentioned with booking options in name of buffet they have ( no buffet just a plate of 3 pc fruit or 2 eggs or some salads u can choose 1 and 1 time) - location very far from beach road, walking street & GRAB / BOLT also not easy booked, half the rider cancel ride while pickup - tuktuk also charge double to drop back as there is a hill in between walking from beach road will take u 30min to 40min and completely not worth it - swimming pool is small, sky deck is not that great either - There is no option of in room dining - You can see small kitchen but hardly any utensils apart from couple of bowls and plates At price charges the property is not worth it, wont recommend or come back again same place

The staff were really friendly and attentive to request and needs. I wish the pool and sauna was open past 8pm , this is the only thing that I thought should change. Stayed in the hotel for at least 3 weeks and it was great!

Very clean and friendly. Good location that is far enough away from all the action, but close enough for an easy grab ride. Swimming pool is freezing cold!

We left our swimsuits in room 601. Please send them by cargo."

The only thing I didnt like was the water pressure and water temperature didnt stay hot of the shower it was low.
