The location was excellent! Walking distance from Beach road and Second road. All the necessary amenities and services were nearby. Great staff and clean facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the gym and pool. Great blackout curtains in the room. The room had a balcony which I really enjoyed! For some reason this hotel or location attracted a large amount of people from India. Which I guess is happening everywhere now. So at night time the place looks like little New Delhi. You can hear the price haggling from a mile away!

Perfect location for adult night life. Easy walk to great spots for food, drink and parties. Minutes away from beach as well. Room was a little run down, could use some updates. Run down, needs updated.

One indian staff behavior at reception, he was rude, he doesn't know how to talk, he was talking so harshly which almost ruined the good experience we had.

Very good breakfast, a great varity of food. Due to the fireworks display the hotel was fully booked, and breakfast dining room very crowded. The the staff did an excelllent job of allocating tables on a first come first serve basis. The shower was a little bit hard to control the pressure and flow surged which made the temperature change. It is a common problem in large hotels. Other wise everything was fine.

The staff is by far the best asset this hotel has. They went over the moon to accommodate me and make sure everything was perfect.

The gym and steam room were good. The restaurant had a good selection of Thai and foreign dishes. Breakfast was buffet. Same every day Room had to be fumigated due to ant infestation. The air conditioning was foul smelling, but was cleaned immediately after complaining.
