It was worth paying for it, breakfast was nice and good , pool was amazing well maintained and very near by to walking street and central pattaya and the beach.

The staff and reception were very friendly and helpful. The pool and bar were a great place to relax in the afternoons and the view of the beach from the rooftop was amazing. Room was serviced everyday. Fantastic value for money. There was nothing to not like.

The view from pool area overlooking the beach with Pattaya neon sign is beautiful… staff very helpful and friendly… Non-Smoking Hotel- smoking pool area only, closed after 8pm.. then you smoke on the street…

Location Policies … having to pay 500 baht anytime anyone visits (not stay the night or for substantial time but anytime you have any visitor is terrible value) and this policy is not presented until you have paid for the room and you are checking in. I literally checked in and checked back out after being presented with this policy. To make it worse there is no refund. This practice is both deceptive and disingenuous.

Place and cost New role!!!!! 1- check out time not allowing after 1pm as I requested unit 2pm but staff told they will charge !! I was customer from last four years when was Mike hotel 2- charge 500 bat from first friend ℹ received on my room!! As it was allow for first friend before

The rooms are beutifull and everything brand new.. The beds are Rock hard and i could not get a good night sleep, i tried 3 rooms and there are no windows, so after 10.days of 35 day stay i walked out and lost my monnie (no refunds) Having said that i am a fibromyalgia patient, and in a lot of pain and therefore more sensitive then the normal person....

The property location was perfect for walking street The only issue was the street was under construction and the hotel is in the Hub of street renovation in Feb 2026 Overall it was great location, the water was not free like all other hotels and if you brought a guest in they wanted an additional $500 Bhat which I found to be out of the ordinary Security and front desk was monitored regularly which made it more comfortable

Just the location 1. The toilet gets flooded everytime I take a shower. 2. The lift does not go down to GF. Only stops at the lobby with is on the 2nd floor. Then take the stairs down to go out. 3. Breakfast selection isn’t satisfying. 4. They tried to charge me on a coffee mug that already has a crack when we checked in. If only we knew they ate this meticulous i would have reported it ahead. 5. The table lamp base was already detached that caused it to fall and hit the wall and got cracked. Again they want to charge us for 3000 baht for it! Very unreasonable pricing and definitely not fair!
