Staff is kind and very attentive, same as the cleaning ladies. It's a great location and the price is good for the services they offer and the good, nice environment, very close to Walking Street. I have stayed in this hotel more than once and I've always had a good experience with it. However, this time I was first placed in the first floor, room 113. Please avoid that at all costs. It's exceedingly loud and noisy after 6pm and well into 3 in the morning.

The hotel accross the street… . Marketing a unit and giving it a “Superior” name tag promising 32 square meters size and room containing also a sofa means that what you should get when check in or. More, but not less, but than placing the guest in an odd room(207) where usable space reduced by up to 30% and more to a mere 18.50 due to reduction of space in favor of stair case (see fire emergency diagram placed on the floor, and ‘angel’ in stair case ‘taken from room area’) and therefore no sofa as no space left…is a clear misrepresentation to say politely. Owner refused to admit misdoing even literally evidence placed ON THE WALL in the chart of rooms for emergency evacuation.Next day the manager “found” available correct room 211 (in photo with sofa) with which no complaint. But fighting, packing and unpacking again was a nightmare.So if you book this property just hope to be lucky (Or better if hotel now will recategorize this 207 room to inferior special category).

elevator issues more than once - elevator stopped working having to walk up and down stairs many times.

rooms were nice and clean and everything worked. comfortable beds staff were great not that I didn't like it, but some people might not like the location. But I didn't mind it

Location, room and toilet/bath were large enough, clean, value for money.

Locarion is good The room can be cleaner, the dloor was not fantastically clean. Be careful od rhe glasses they break so easily.

Super awesome!! I was bit sceptiocal before choosing to stay here but instead the hotel provided the best hospitality that i could never imagined. The staffs were super friendly and they put the guest’s safety in priority all the time. I will definately will stay here again during my bext visit

We had a different room from what was selected but changed to the correct room the next day. The internet was good and kind people at the reception. The room was cleansed and water replenished when needed. It was noisy at night with loud music but I don't mind that at all. However, some people would have not been happy.
