Location is fine , next to main road The room is very dirty, bathroom flood when you take a bath and dirty in drain tube is coming up. It’s disgusting. Staff comes to fix it at night and the morning still have the same problem. The floor is dusty, I can’t walk with bare foot. There is someone hairs stuck in the shower. It’s awful.

The 2 beds in the other room was hard and not very comfortable

Friendly Staff Economical Difficult to communicate as nobody speaks English. No room service even though it says room service available No coffee or tea available in rooms. Pretty noisy at nights, couldn't get a goodnight sleep. Below average breakfast.

Location was not too far from the city The pictures and the facilities shown while booking is the hotel is completely change A/C is only available in room not in the corridor and Swimming pool was not clean and room service also not good. Staff at the reception they don't understand English which is very difficult to explain anything. Worst thing was wifi connection the internet was disconnecting again and again and when we explain to the reception the response was not good. Breakfast was also not good fruits only two type watermelon and pineapple other than that other things were also not good. Spoiled my trip.

i liked the size of the room and the balcony the bathroom walls weren’t clean, it looked it they havent scrubbed it for weeks. the toilet bowl looked old, and the crevices of the tiles around the bathtub needed some deep cleaning too.

Staff was always gently specially with our son, 7 moths old.them all was great. when they finally guve us bulding and room we booked, room was big, bed was big. no wifi at 7 floor, we make them notice once a day. any day answer was they will provide. that day never comes when we arrive they give us different room than we booked. we did specifically booking becouse we have 07 months baby. they changed the building non olny the room. hotel manager cheated us for two days and only afer two calls with booking they said the truth: overbooking due to Chinese meeting. we had to stay 3 nights into onother building. they said we will get refund: NEVER HAPPEND.

Location Good, Mini Big C & 7 Eleven on your doorstep, Main building fully renovated looks very nice, Breakfast so so for Europeans it is more for Asians, All in all good hotel. What is the point of having a safe that is not mounted to the wall or cupboard, and you can take under your arm and walk away?

Used for two weeks, great friendly staff. Good facilities and site with a good warm breakfast. Bed wasn't ideal for me, was hard so I struggled with sleep but that's a personal preference. Bath and shower, great option to have and the balcony down to the pool was a real comfort. Sometimes set for the room to be cleaned and it wasn't, just had to reach out to front desk and they was happy to assist. Wasn't a real deal breaker as I don't mind an untidy room for an extra day but they'd send someone up right away to resolve.

The shower got hot. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was Thai-style buffet. The location was good if you like being outside the chaos. The price was high, but the hotel felt budget. The pictures made me think we'd be in a resort next to the pool, but when we arrived we were in an older building next to the road. We could hear the trucks at night. There were no hand towels. The TV barely worked. It felt like a budget hotel, but for the price it was not. They had multiple busses of tourists staying. It was crowded on the one elevator serving 6 floors
