Nice staff, clean room

This place is just perfect to relax. Deluxe rooms are nicely renovated, clean, big with a nice large balcony. Staff extremely helpful. Also, the pool area looks like newly renovated, nice and clean with a large pool in the garden. Main bus station to Bangkok just 5-minute walk from here. Free covered parking lot for cars (but not covered for motorbikes). Definitely will come back again! It would be nice if I could park my motorbike under the covered parking. However for some reason the security guard didn't let me park there. I had to take my motorbike in the corner of free parking and next day it got heavily wet because of the rain. It's not that pleasant sitting on the wet motorbike...

It's a nice old hotel and they aren't overcharging - but that also means they have to be profitable so ... limited on breakfast. If you want a good breakfast this place may disappoint depends on what your expectations are. It's much better breakfast than some hostel, no doubt, but for example the SN Connxx up the road has an amazing breakfast facility if you want to eat well. I saw people complain about ham/sausage ... but it's not any better or worse than other hotels putting that out in Thailand/Pattaya. I booked a room for my friends and they had this "partner deal" - basically I would have been better off giving them same as I got. However, my free upgrade wasn't available for more than 1 room, until next day. So I had buyers remorse - and I heard they wanted to change rooms because of an electrical issue in the shower. Sounds a bit scary. My room was the deluxe one so it was bigger but it didn't look like the photo. Had missing furniture - often a free-upgrade is into a kind of incomplete room. They reserve their best rooms for people paying more. Know this - you get what you pay for in the end.

Amazing Place to relax! The pool is perfect to refresh yourself, the breakfast is not included but affordable + delicious and the staff are also very kind. It was always fun to talk with Nam.

The hotel was older and that’s not a bad thing,they built bigger rooms and spaced things out on a more generous scale 20 years ago. The hotel has been modified to cater for wheelchair users,with a lift to enter and exit the pool, This is not something I or my wife required but it was well used by several people in wheelchairs staying at the property. The hotel restaurant was excellent and we dined there most nights (as we stayed 56 nights that says a lot about the quality of the food) My wife and I chose to opt for a Thai house rather than a hotel room,the Thai house is a detached small structure built mainly from wood With a outside veranda that is covered and has a overhead fan,table and chairs make it a very pleasant place to sit in the afternoon and escape The hottest part of the day with a cold beer. As the is a full sized fridge in the small kitchen area next to the shower room,we could have access to cold wine and beer whenever we wanted it. Not a lot of negative about the place but if I was being picky,the location is a bit away from the night life, and the was not a lot of bars/restaurants in the area. But again the bolt taxi service was cheap and reliable and easy to use with the app on smartphones.

Hotel grounds are lovely, with nice water features and palm trees. Our bed mattress was reasonably comfortable, which is a refreshing change, as from my experience staying at many Thai hotels, beds tend to be hard or very firm! Hotel swimming pool is big, clean and pleasant to use. Hotel reception staff were helpful and professional. Special thank you for housekeeping ladies, who were friendly and happily refreshed our bedroom on a daily basis. WiFi is excellent. There’s 7 eleven shop nearby, just 5 mins walk from hotel. There’s a great little restaurant within 5 minutes walk, named “Mama Bee Cafe” Serving very good quality affordable food, check it out ;) After checking in, we discovered there was no toilet seat in our bathroom, which was very odd, also the security safety box in our room was locked however, both issues were resolved quickly by hotel maintenance. Feedback for hotel management, these issues really should have been resolved before customers arrival. There’s small restaurant inside, by hotel reception, we tried the “American breakfast” however, the sausages & ham were poor quality and inedible! The style of hotel fixtures & fittings are old fashioned, with lots of dark wood…IMO hotel interior would benefit from some modernisation, maybe some bright colours may make interior appearance more attractive.
