Everything a bit far from the sea. But no prolem for me

Location away from everything and noisy , from cocks crowing from 2am And major highway traffic noise close by. Evening reception staff good. Large ,nice ,Reception outer area has microwave and hot water including for sale of instant noodle soup which was good. Older lady at desk in late morning , was quite l rude because 2 used glass bottles of water weren’t left in room , on checking out . They were eventually drunk on the property to her satisfaction. Lower room in older building had musty damp smell .

Last year got a nice room with fair price 900baht This year got a very small room and not very clean with 1066 baht .i am NOT happy at all .

Nice hotel with clean and large rooms in the heart of Pattaya [Pattaya Klang]. Big C express is within walking distance. So are many eateries and other shopping areas. The room was airy and clean with an attached balcony. Breakfast was good and decent, though mostly same - everyday. We stayed for 5 nights and liked it. Early check-in was allowed with an additional payment of 500 THB. Payment by credit card was discouraged as they would charge additional ~ 2.7%. Cash was preferred by the front desk. The hotel has a nice restaurant, which serves breakfast only [ ! ]. For other meal(s), one has to organize outside.

Room size was the only good thing. Our room was not good. Hard beds, poor shower, noisy aircon. Breakfast average, tea was not a tea but something weirdo. Water kettle was broken.
