The breakfast was very good and the location fabulous to the beach as well. The bed mattresses difficult in sleeping, it was too hard

Very clean and extremely nice staff. Breakfast is kept clean and stocked. I had left my do not disturb light on during the day whole and staff still left replacement supplies outside my door just in case. I've stayed here twice and it doesn't disappoint. I had an ocean view room and sliding door lets noise in from pool.

Beautiful pool and area and a exercise room. Great for kids. Clean, spacious, hotel and UNBELIEVABLE breakfast included. Located off main road but 1 or 2 minute walk to beach and just about anything else. Staff was wonderful, elevators were fast, and just a great place for the money. Bed was a little hard for my wife.

The rooms are new, big and clean.. and beds were comfortable. There is a gym, a sauna and a big pool. Breakfast was great with many options The staff were very helpful and kind. Recommend!

2. Pool food great. 3. Gym is great. 4. Room clean. The hotel reception is bad they take a deposit for 1 more cards to open the room, was rude charged us for a glass that my child broke on his room.

I think this hotel is well-managed. It wasnt like a big issue, but the rooms have 2 buttons that you press if you either want your room cleaned or not (instead of the label you hang on the door handle in other hotels). Which is good and convenient. But they still called me (the phone was loud!) and asked if i wanted the room done even though the indicator cleatly shows i chose "dont do my room". A sign of care? Yes. But really not necessaary if you trust the system you put and the ability of guests to make their choice. They, very kindly, still letf water and toilet paper by the door. THANKS TO THE SWEET LADY WHO DOES THE ROOM SERVICE.

The location was ideal, with walking distance to the beach and many small cafes and restaurants located nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and overall, we loved the vibe here. The beach was not too crowded, and it's good for a quiet stay.

The location The receptionists weren’t friendly nor welcoming. When we needed to check out they mixed up our rooms and accused then proceeded to make us pay for a “missing hanger”. The location is great but the hygiene wasn’t the best, we found roaches. Food was not great either. Limited halal options as well. Wouldn’t go back.

It was a very new and comfortable place. Near to everything and easy to access, for example pharmacy, 7-11, bars and restaurants. There were some people who stayed there and went to the pool wearing their underwear, especially men. It's a bit unhygienic. Whatsoever, I told the stuff, and they immediately acted on it. I think maybe it's possible to make sure that they follow the rule of general pool rules rather than let it happen and then ask them to leave.
