Location and fade good furniture The sound insulation by the windows is terrible, it feels like you're sleeping right beside a highway.

There is some noise from the highway outside, but it’s manageable. The main problem for me was the WiFi that goes in and out, probably the worst hotel WiFi I ever experienced. Hope it can be fixed because otherwise this is a top notch establishment!

Comfortable rooms! Great location, close to lots of (Indian) restaurants and food options, about 15 minutes walk to the Pattaya Walking Street and beach. The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast included fresh fruit, juice, coffee/tea, breads, choice of scramble or fried eggs, ham and sausage. The pool was good to avoid the heat of the day.

Its not expensive to stay there its also close to other amenities ie restaurants etc. The hotel’s location is right on a main road intersection the traffic noise never really stops especially motorcycle.

All staff from reception to cleaning staff helpful I booked 9 nights King Room Wanted to extend one more night, could not amend booking so separately booked. Was told on arrival I was in King room. Your pictures miss represent the rooms condition. Room was noisy from main road in night, you should say to make guest aware of potential noise. The room was very tatty and definitely needs a make over and repair. Kettle provided but no cups Horrible plastic shower curtain which I requested to be removed. Your pictures are not adequate of the bathroom room. Advertised is stove top , not there Dinning table- not there Safe not secure I could lift away See attached pictures This is my reaison I cancelled the next 9 nights.

The staff was very professional and polite, very good service and very good cleanliness. The rooms were clean but old and quite worn, quite noisy because of the road and going towards Phra Tamnak.

There are 3 staff doing the receptionist roles even overnight. I arrived slightly earlier then check in time and the staff is very flexible to let me taking a rest in the bed room. Thanks for that, its far too hot around Pattaya. All staff are very helpful to explain and assist for check in without necessary to use Google Translate App at all. Very polite and informative. For the price I paid, it's exceptionally amazing for solo traveler. Very spacious room, hot water, free glasses of bottled water x2 every day. Strong wifi, Great Air Con, Quiet, Additional Wooden & Cushioned Lounge, Swimming Pool in common area, Optional Basic Breakfast at your own reasonable cost. With the location closes to everything surrounding, I will rebook again. To me, the facility and the services are outstanding to its own price that we, as solo traveler to pay for. But in future, it would be fantastic if there is laundry service can be provided and I am happy to pay for. Because the nearest laundry shop is still a bit of distance, I think around 150metres? Under the hot weather, I am sure Manita Boutique Hotel will shine in Pattaya with this additional bonus for traveler, and I am sure nobody mind to pay for additional cost.
