Unfortunately, you can see that the hotel is quite old. The door to the room didn’t lock properly, so anyone could open it just by pushing it. It’s not a hotel for a long stay, but rather a convenient option if you want to be close to Walking Street.

I booked two rooms with Jacuzzi and balcony and when we arrive they told us that there is no rooms available. Even we show them our reservation and it’s confirmed but they still insist if we want the balcony room we have to pay more money. This is not acceptable I was very disappointed and I contact your office but you did nothing about it so I’m really disappointed with Booking.com too

I booked a room with a balcony and 39 sq and they give a very small room with no balcony even I showed them my booking was confirmed from booking.com with Room with balcony but they still told me that there’s not available. I was so disappointed.

It was amazing style room with its own large balcony The lock in the balcony door was not properly closing even though the balcony was common share with next door but I guess the hotel was safe…

Breakfast, inventory and amenities in the hotel were great Cleanness and balcony weren’t good enough. Could be little noisy on lower floors.
