Great location, super friendly helpful staff, clean room. Traffic noise, water failure late one night, slamming doors. Maybe the staff needs to educate the guests when they check in about how easy it is to close the doors softly. They might need to instruct the cleaning team to do the same.

clean good location quiet on 4th floor no mosquitoes air conditioner kind of struggles on the 4th floor in the daytime only two pillows on a king bed (albeit very nice pillows) - asked for two more (am very pregnant). was told policy is only one extra pillow… a nice place like that should have 4 pillows on a king imo. they did offer to let me change rooms because of the stairs, but i just needed pillows. had to roll all my clothes into makeshift pillows. ?? pregnant problems, cannot be too mad, the place was a great deal in a good spot.

During my recent stay, I encountered a few significant issues that impacted my overall experience. First, the air conditioning in my room failed completely. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, I had to wait several hours for it to be repaired. What was most disappointing was the lack of proactive customer service; the staff never offered to move me to another room or provide a temporary solution while the repairs were taking place, leaving me quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a letdown. The overall quality of the food was subpar, and to make matters worse, the items in the hot food section were served cold. Unfortunately, these lapses in basic service and quality really detracted from an otherwise okay stay.

Everything, also, the entrance to the rooms is along a long outdoor balcony, rather than a long enclosed hallway, meaning, there is much much less noise pollution from enclosed hotel hallways and people slamming doors at all hours. Selina is relatively peaceful. It isn’t the property’s fault, but the neighbours have some dogs that bark too much, at times, but thankfully not during sleeping hours… except maybe during afternoon siesta time

We didn't stay here, we left the moment we saw the room. They have 1 employee in the entire place. Not safe. Not a hotel.

My room was canceled when I made it, the trip modification never passed pending but the lady there was helpful.

During my stay at this hotel, €4,100 in cash was stolen from a locked in-room safe. The money was kept securely and consisted of different currencies. There were no signs of forced entry, which raises serious concerns about the hotel’s security. The hotel stated that an internal investigation was conducted, but no responsible person was identified, and the stolen money was not returned. The hotel also refused to compensate for the loss. The only compensation I received was a voucher from Booking.com, worth about 10% of the total cost of my stay, which does not reflect the seriousness of the incident. Based on my experience, this hotel is not safe for valuables, and future guests should be aware of the risk or consider staying elsewhere.

Peice was good. Secluded, away from fun.

Stole my money and didn't allow me to stay because I arrived with a pet. They advertise as pet friendly. Thieves.
