The staffs are well trained, very welcoming and they treated us well. The room and bed were spacious, and we had a very good night sleep. At first the room has a damp smell but after open AC for a while, the atmosphere was better.

The guest room furniture appeared quite old and showed clear signs of lacking regular maintenance: worn surfaces, some loose fittings, and an overall tired look that didn’t match what we expected from a 4-star property. The towels were another disappointment—they looked and felt very old, with visible thinning fabric and a few stubborn stains.

Hotel is located a far way from beach area so, I need some kind of free transportation to beach area. Hotel supposed to provide it

Location is very convenient. Staff speaks English and offer help if needed. Breakfast need to be improved in my opinion as well as cleaning.

Its location next to a convenience store is nice and its a short drive to some key locations we like such as terminal 21. The rooms were good and the water pressure in the showers amazing. You can talk to staff and quite a few can speak relatively good English. Maybe I set my expectations too high, but our stay didn’t particularly meet or exceed our expectations. We checked in to 1 room not separating their queen sized bed to the twin room that we ordered. Another room smelled musky and damp in a sour way. We were shortly given another room upon having the housekeeper check if the room odor was salvageable and us requesting for a room change. The hallways and elevator did not particularly have air conditioning so it was hot in those areas. Breakfast was okay, it had quite a bit of variety, but the food didn’t taste great. Maybe they can lessen the variety and improve a bit more on quality. At breakfast, we had accidentally broken a pepper shaker and was promptly billed for the damage for 100 baht. After talking to staff, they said we can choose to not pay if we were unhappy, but the whole situation perplexed us. If you were to ask us, it feels like management is doing some efforts to cut costs. Unfortunately it feels like some policies are at the expense of their customers. We couldn’t particularly blame staff as they were okay, but with the various hotels popping up in the area, the siamese may not be that competitive compared to others.

Location and the restaurant Rooms were old and tired and lacked an acceptable level of cleanliness. Underground car park unsuitable for low standing vehicles. I scraped my front valance on trying to enter. Housekeeping leaves much to be desired.
