Location is not bad The staff were very rude. The room we were given was not the same as the one advertised. Standard rooms were in a different building and there was no elevator. The rooms needed renovation. Everywhere was dirty and dusty. There were no sun beds at the pool.

1. A king/queen size room was requested and they converted two single beds into a Queen Size bed. How could husband wife and baby stay there comfortably? 2. The toilet was dirty and floor tiles were broken. 3. No bellboy.

Absolutely nothing. I booked 2 days.i only stayed 1. I wentbto check in.she copied my passport and told me to have a seat. I did.she started giving rooms to those who arrived before me.then to those who arrived after me. I went up to ask for a room. She asked who I was.they lost my information. After 20 minutes she gave me my room.i went to the room.there was a woman sleeping in the bed already. I went back to the desk.i told her.she said,have a seat.i told her no. I wanted my room.she wanted to continue with new customers. As I stood there she continued helping other customers. She then told me they have a room.they could move 2 beds together. I told her I booked a king deluxe. She said she didn't have 1.shuffleing thru papers and crossing out room numbers. She had a bad attitude. She gave me my room.it was an hour later.i got to room.there was sand on the sheets as well as the floor. Room was filthy with cob webs
