Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Nice connection to a very good restaurant at the front of the building Every hotel room should have a microwave oven. It's standard these days. I was very surprised to see no microwave oven

Friendly staff. I’ve been coming here for years … a that is the only plus.. and the big fridge and nice pool right outside the room. Rooms are in dire need of renovation. Had a poolside suite. 2nd night had an electrical failure, shorted the lot and had a fire in my room. Thank god it didn’t spread. Moved to opposite room. Dirty sofas, fully worn out. Hard mattress. Dirty sheets, not clean pubes in bathroom. Management needs to step up. Figures as I was the only guest on the ground floor for one week. Rest of the hotel had 2 rooms occupied. Not worth the money. Better options for same price all around.

The location is really nice. Close to many restaurants, a grocery, the airport bus station, cafes and the Jomtien and Dontang beaches. The room I was in needed some restoration rally bad. The light bulb in the lamp at the bedside was broken and scary to use. The flooring in the kitchen area was bucked and separating at the slat joints and the space filled with dirt. Inside the shower stall the rack placed to hold personal products was hanging with the wall screws stripped and not securing the rack. These items made it clear that the property has potential but is sorely in need of updating and remodeling.

I loved the place. It was beautiful, rooms with balcony, quiet, neat and clean. There were quite a few kitchen essentials like bowls, cups and cutlery, hot water kettle. Good hot water at all times. The linen and towels were clean. The plus point is that on my request they gave me an adjoining room at no extra cost as I had two young teenage daughters. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. The Jomtien bus station was just next door. There were great eatery places around like Frasers just at the entrance of The Chateau, we enjoyed the food at Frasers. There was a supermarket closeby. We loved our stay that we extended for another 2 days and it was at a great price. Only drawback the bed was a lil hard and uncomfortable but rest everything was lovely. Looking forward to stay here again. Bed was uncomfortable, quiet hard mattress

The property location is perfect right next to the road but the rooms are quiet, you don't get the noise in the room. Close to the beach, the bus station to the airport and near walking street. The staff are very friendly Eli was awesome and Chatree- the older mzee even better. I loved my stay here, ad go back again n again Everything was ok

Not a big choice for breakfast but adequate for the price. Only precooked fried eggs. No omelette or scrambled eggs. Pool not very clean and water ice cold. No English spoken, but we understood each other.

Location is great n has Frasers Sports bar at the front n a supermarket a minute of so down the road. Its has access to many restaurants n cafes. Baht buses can be caught out the front. The room is large n has a large balcony. It also has a fridge n kettle. The pool is great for a quick dip but that is all. Manager/owner is always smiling n helpful. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay. This used to be our favourite hotel but it is getting a bit run down and tired looking . The beds n pillows are way too hard for us personally. Still good for one or 2 nights stay .
