Location is ok. Definitely the worst stay I had so far and I've been to places... The hotel and rooms are completely run down. Furniture, bathroom, etc. - other reviewers had already described it in detail with photos. Now the biggest issue - the property staff wrote a 10 star review in my name without letting me know. This is unacceptable!! Didn't know this is even possible. Can't believe Booking is allowing this. Apparently they can use the reservation PIN for doing this. Just avoid this place!

staff was ok. There was no elevator from first floor in the lobby, there are stairs from the lobby to first floor which can annoying for visitors with many bags or big luggage. The ceiling in the first floor in the elevator area is very low and can be dangerous for tall people. The elevator was dirty. The room was not very clean. The sink was so old and rubbish and same for the sink faucet, the sink faucet wasn't stable. There was a huge leak from the toilets. No hand and face towels. The shower was actually the whole bathroom and not separated. waster dripping everywhere in the bathroom while having a shower. The room looks very old and not well maintained.

I Don’t Like anything it Show online it’s pretty but when I arrived is disappointed The air conditioner is not working the room smells cegarite smoke and a lot mosquitoes

The hotel is amazing, staff is really helpful. It’s in walking distance from the walking street and they have the amazing restaurant within the facility. Their food was amazing, authentic Indian food. Nothing much to dislike.

I highly recommend the Premiere Room, It is spacious enough to accommodate up to 3 people and has a great location. The new restaurant, is a cozy place with delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the black pasta. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."

Excellent stay, memorable beech front views, perfect for walking street walk. spacious room with all comforts, quick room service, friendly front desk staff. Yes do not forget to taste lassi with food ?

The bed was hard as a rock old mattress the shower not separate from the toilet and more towels would be nice just get 2 .
