The hotel, the room, the hotel staff, the service, everything is perfect. Everything is five star. Not less. The hotel is a little bit isolated. You need a taxi to go anywhere.

Toilet kept clogging up. The management said it was fixed only to happen again. They kept saying toilet paper can’t go in the commode which is very unusual or should be mentioned on their booking conditions atleast.

World class amenities and service.

Upgraded to the villa with the pool in the room. Massive size, pre done BBQ by pool in room was superb. Good choice for breakfast. Nothing

Large room. Nice staffs. Usually waiting for a long time to get a buggy making me late for important appointments. Room is not in walking distance. Need more buggies and driving staffs!!!

Good location A bit expensive price

The one-bedroom pool villa is spacious and beautifully designed. The breakfast selection is generous, and the food is good. Live music during dinner at the Tram was a pleasant surprise. The shuttle service to Terminal 21 and Central/Pattaya Beach is convenient if you’re comfortable with a fixed schedule, but both trips must be booked in advance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the staff were very friendly.

Can’t say anything bad about my trip and wish we couldn’t stayed longer really.

The staff

I was supposed to stay for 7 days, but unfortunately due to a medical condition I had to shorten my stay and return home after only two days. Despite this, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and understanding once they knew about my situation. They treated me with great care, even calling me the next morning for breakfast, which I truly appreciated. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully explore or enjoy the resort this time, the hospitality and support I received made a strong impression on me. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, and I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness. I hope to come back again in the future to experience the resort properly, and I will definitely book here next time. Nothing

Design Pantry no water sink

Room cleaning was not good .....

The bed was soft. I reserve a garden view room. They gave me a pool view. So every day from 8am till dark it was screaming kids loud music. Absolutely no peace or calmness. The food in castaway was not worth it. Instead of bringing all of our drinks they brought 1. So when the food arrived cold we had to ask for the rest of the drinks. We were done eating by the time they brought 2 more drinks and gave us the 4th drink on a Togo cup. Absolutely way over priced for not getting anything i ordered. Not to mention leaving the door open when they cleaned let all kinds of bugs in.

Large room This hotel have mosquito s problem you have private pool(very cold. Even at summer since there is. No sun you can’t even open the door millions of mosquitoes get to your room it’s very annoying. We had ants issue everywhere The staff at the restaurant and pool restaurant wast nice ( they had one and one one kid wanted vanilla one wanted strawberry they said impossible so I took four The location is far from everything on the high way The half board is very poor you have same menu every day very small dishes and Small selection
