A good location, you are close to the three main malls on Beach Rd. and 2nd Rd. You are close to Pattaya Night Market, Tree Town, and Soi Buakhao No microwave or fitness room (Gym)

Cleaniness and location If I had an issue, I wish they had the option for late check out. I would have paid the extra cost.

I had the Deluxe Suite, it was beautifully setup. My room was in the back, it was very quiet. The room had wall-to-wall windows. The location was great on Soi Honey. There was a funky smell in the bathroom that would not go away, I had to buy some air freshener and use it multiple times a day. The shower was partly broken and the bed was a little hard.

The cleanness is below average No minor services is there such as iron machine Staff attitude is trash specially in the reception, I have lost receipt of deposit and they refused to return my deposit stating how do we know it’s you!? So basically me making checkout is okay but receiving my deposit back is not valid since they are not sure!? The girl attitude was utter trash The toilet smell is very bad specially when exhaust fan is on the smell increases, reached in first day and girls hair are in multiple places on toilet floor and room floor! Cleaning overall poor! Water accumulates in shower area when taking bath! Which disgusting.

Great location, near to Central shopping mall, beer house and massage shop. The room condition is new. I hope hotel can maintain the condition till my next visit. Price is reasonable too. No

House keeping did not always clean up good. The floors were dirty and one day my partner borrowed the broom and cleaned the floor herself.

The bed was hard. The shower water either hot or cold, I couldn’t manage to set it to warm temperature
