Great location. Stayed a couple of times and convenient to central Pattaya. Included a decent breakfast. Replace instant coffee with brewed coffee please. Need to improve WiFi as it was extremely slow or non existent. Towels need to be upgraded as they were very old.

Location was central and off Soi 2 for easy access. Beach is easy walking distance but water at beach was filthy. Not a place to swim but nice long walks. For the value you can’t get much better. The towels were very old and toilet paper not supplied on check in

Wow stayed for 3 days and wish I could have extended! Super quiet but steps from food, a 7/11, lots of entertainment and even laundry! I would have stayed longer but they were totally booked out. Nothing, even the pool being just a few steps down the road in a different building was perfectly cool. Just remember to get the little slip of paper before you leave Honey.

The location of the hotel was alright. The hotel is not like the photos, and it was very hard to find. The A/C is off when you are not in the room so you have a very hot and humid room to come back to after being out in the Thailand heat.

Services reduced to minimum. No more telephone on the room. Everything you need or want to know you have to go down to the reception. receptionist friendly but not knowledgeable about many things. Needed to shorten my trip by 3 nights and management was not helpful to refund or re-use the three nights value at the hotel! Very bad Tissue and toilet paper not refilled, no phone on the room. Had electricity black out and no generator. So have to walk down the steps. Breakfast in other building and outsourced to other restaurant. Super lousy quality, absolutely disgusting ketchup bottles on the table, have not been cleaned for ages. Dead cockroach on the floor at my tabled. Could not stand it and left. Never went back for breakfast.

Arrived at Honey boutique and the check in was quick and easy we was before allocated time but the receptionist was happy to take our luggage so we could explore and check out the pool. The pool area was very nice and clean and we was given towels to use, the pool was not onsite where we was staying it was at there sister hotel but it was not far away and was no problem for us. Breakfast was also at another one of there sister hotels again it was not far away all three hotels are on the same road. Our room was nice, clean and had a fridge and safety deposit box to use and bottled water was replenish in the room every day. I am a single mother that was traveling with my teen daughter this was just a two night stay but it was comfortable and the receptionist that was there during the day was extremely helpful, she gave me great advice in regards to getting around the city and gave me day trip suggestions again including step by step directions and her local knowledge that helped me save a lot of money too! This kind of front desk help and customer service from her was amazing When we arrived to Honey boutique we did at first find the location a little intimidating I was aware that Pattaya is known for "sexy massage parlours" but I wasn't quite prepared for how wide spread they are and the location of this hotel is sandwiched between a fair few on this street but saying that it was not noisy in the evenings and once over the original shock of seeing the working girls we did feel safe to go out and walk around in the evening. The biggest disappointment of our stay was the breakfast there was very minimal choice, the temperature of the food was far to cold and the cutlery was dirty after trying it once we didn't go again.
