Everything was amazing, and the bed was super comfy! ? Nisa was a lifesaver during checkout—she even offered to hold onto our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. Awesome service! A small issue we encountered: The room phone seemed not to be working. Also, my girlfriend unexpectedly ran out of pads late at night, and we found out the front desk doesn’t provide any. Fortunately, a 7-11 was nearby to save the day. Providing some feminine care products would be a wonderful improvement for guests."

The room was very comfortable, with excellent bedding and well-thought-out amenities. The location is convenient, and the valet parking makes arrival easy. The rooftop area offers great views and adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. In general, the hotel has a pleasant, modern setting, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and proactive in resolving any issues. On the downside, the breakfast did not meet expectations. The quality of items like mooping and bacon felt quite low, and some dishes seemed as if they had been reused. The sushi rice was hard, and overall the food selection I tried was disappointing. The cocoa quality was also below standard. Additionally, the restaurant area feels quite cramped, especially during busy times. Please improve here :)

The hotel and staff are all excellent. In my opinion, Arbour Hotel is the best hotel in Pattaya. The staff, lead by Nisa, go out of their way to ensure every guest feels special. I’m looking forward to staying with them again in January 2027. There is nothing to dislike about the Arbour Hotel.

Very good stay, friendly staff, premium vibe and good pool. Thin walls, had a guy blasting music at 7am which should be illegal. There is no airco in the elevator area for some weird reason! The gym was a joke 5m2 of nothing. The multirack did not even work! Very disappointed here.

Excellent value for money. Staying at a 5-star hotel for this price is a great deal. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the fantastic rooftop terrace, featuring a beautiful pool and a great rooftop bar. The room itself was comfortable and had everything needed for a good stay. The gym is on the smaller side but perfectly adequate for getting a workout in. You can tell why it’s a more affordable 5-star option, as some of the room finishes and details feel a bit cheap or rushed in their construction. Additionally, the soundproofing could be much better. My room faced the main road, and it got quite noisy in the mornings due to the traffic.
