nice building, clean and hotel staff good. swimming pool nice too air conditioning very noisy and the bed was not comfortable ( too hard). these 2 factors ensures that i would not stay at this hotel again as i couldn't sleep much. very disappointed because the reviews were mostly positive.

Hotel room was clean. Hotel is not in a very good location, nearest 7eleven is 10-15 minute walk away. In the middle of nowhere.

Very spacious room. Gave us top storey corner room with a balcony. Quiet and peaceful views. Location sucks. It’s in the middle of no where. Literally, no food stall nearby. No 7-11 nearby. Nothing. You have to take bolt/grab taxies in and out of the hotel room.

Highly recommended.. Absolute cleanliness..everywhere at hotel so clean and neat with nice decors.. Room was big with good bathroom.. Staff were very friendly and polite.. Will definitely come back

The quietness and room comfort is recommendable to those looking to stay away from the maddeningly busy Pattaya vibes. Staff were very helpful and cordial. The comllimentary breakfast was especially commendable. The hotel is not able to cater for lunch and dinner. Poor choice of operations since there's hardly any eatery within a kilometre of this place. Lack of available transportation facilities is equally struggling. For two days, being hungry after 7pm spelt trouble for me. No laundry services, and no room service - as you might have already guessed.
