Avalon Beach Resort Pattaya

I stayed in an executive suite room and it was HUGE (bedroom, living room, wrap around balcony). The swimming pool was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was very very good. The Avalon is an older property but the design and architecture are from the colonial period when architecture was appreciated

The hotel is very conveniently located and is not surrounded by high-rise buildings. It only has three floors, which makes it feel much more comfortable and relaxed. I actually stayed at this hotel 20 years ago, and surprisingly, not much has changed since then. That said, the furniture is of fairly good quality, so the hotel doesn’t feel too worn out. There are some visible signs of wear and tear, and it would definitely benefit from some renovation, but overall it’s still a decent place to stay. On the positive side, the hotel has easy access to the beach and there are many places nearby within walking distance. It’s a great option if you want to stay somewhere convenient and enjoy walking around the area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment spots close by. On the downside, the furniture could use some refurbishment — for example, the table under the TV was slightly worn. It would also be important to check and service the air conditioning system, as there was a slight musty smell in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Since the hotel hasn’t been renovated in a while, the rooms do feel somewhat outdated. However, it’s clear that a good-quality renovation was done in the past, so while many things look old, they are still in good working condition.

I like the breakfast the most. But the room is old and my housekeeping was not clean my room good at all. However she was very friendly and courteous. The property little ran down but the location is perfect!!

The pool closes way too early at 7pm. The tiny gym also closes at 7pm. They should both stay open later.

I love breakfast it is having multiple choices and clean. Worker are friendly.

We like all of different kinds of food. Room are clean and we like connection rooms for our families.

The pool area is beautiful and the staff is nice. Everything in the hotel is old and fooling apart. Breakfast wasn't 4 stars more like 2. All guests need to eat outside without proper ventilators. The hotel doesn't have a private area at the beach.

Loved the pool and the cosy friendly vibe around the the pool,the family suite was very spacious and had a great view from balcony,hotel food was great at breakfast and restaurant at the front was excellent.. Some of the pool tiles had become loose and there were gaps between the tiles and I cut my foot so could do with a little tlc

The size of the executive suite was large and spacious and the pool was lovely The WIFI only works intermittently and our air conditioning broke down and created puddle of water in our room. Our electricity also cut out during our stay

We loved the relaxed ambience of Avalon Beach Resort with its Thai design and influences. The resort provided a fitting backdrop and atmosphere to our three month extended vacation in Thailand.

Relaxing vacation with the family. Took advantage of the pool and enjoyed the daily breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed something.

The breakfast is the almost the same everyday but good and has a good choice
