It has the best view on the 6th floor facing the Pattaya sign. I’ve never had such a wonderful viewing experience with a beach front hotel before. It’s not the most modern property, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker.

We loved the location on the quieter north end of Beach Road. The hotel is located directly across the road from the beach so access couldn't be easier. We had a sea view room on the 2nd floor. These rooms are pretty large and also. have a nice balcony. The views from the 2nd floor is somewhat restricted but still super nice. Higher floor sea view rooms have unobstructed views of the beach. The bathrooms were reasonably sized and nice. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Great and. helpful staff. They have an exercise room but it's not much - see below. Not much we didn't like. Would have been great to have a slightly better view from a higher floor but where we were was nice. The exercise room isn't much to speak of - a treadmill, bike, and small "cybex" machine. We just went for morning runs along the beach.

The view from the hotel balcony was breathtaking. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. I did not realize that the breakfast was included and enjoyed every morning drinking my coffee on Beach Road! Some people tried coming in and ordering food, they didn't realize it was a Continental Breakfast. It had the look and feel of a tropical paradise restaurant. The staff were very warm and helpful. That railing on the balcony is way too low. I got the heeby jeebies every time I got close to the edge. I could not believe that there was no bidet.

Perfect, central location across the street from the beach, restaurants, Soi 6 and very close to the famous runway night market. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were very nice. For the value it was very good, and the free Breakfast was appreciated, and wasn't bad at all. I highly recommend. My brother and saw no signs telling us not to go to the rooftop. We figured it was ok. Security then came up shouting at us, threatening to call police. We cooperated. My only suggestion is for them to put a NO TRESPASSING sign up there, or lock entry to the rooftop. That's minor however. Mainly I would recommend for them to turn that rooftop into a nice bar/drinks or restaurant area. It had an excellent view of Pattaya! other than that our stay was great.

Great location, nice and polite staff. They cleaned the room when you asked. Too hot in tha hallways (no AC). When you left your room the AC inside stopped, so you had to wait 20mins before you could breathe normally. Too stinky on the balcony (urine). Terribly bad wifi connection. It was disconnecting every 10 seconds and you had to type in the name and password everytime.
