For a budget hotel, it's a decent hotel compared to the price paid Most of the equipment is broken in the gym & as a family hotel, i was expecting more facilities for kids apart from the small swimming pool. There's no cupboard for clothes & and it's very shabby to hang clothes in the room No clothing stands for wet swimwear clothes either

The pool, but everything needs to be tidy and fixed. Just out dated and I’m only saying this as it 4plus star hotel. But it’s more like a 3plus star Location around it needs a clean, old and could do with fixing, gym is small

All the Staff helpful Friendly polite ,The Breakfast Staff are also very nice and always interested in the Customers and want you to enjoy the food which is very good .The Cleaners and Bell Boys are friendly and helpful too.The Swimming pool is good too. Needs some updating in the hallways ,carpets.

Nothing , if soome people say is good , i dont really understand where they live, is cheap so is was good. was mistake to choose this hotel, Never again I didnt like at all, i stay there one night of 10 then i left to move to Jomtien Palm Beach , i lost my money but i didnt care i left for better i spend more money but i least i enjoy my stay in Pattay. This hotel looking good on Booking.com but from reality everything is different . The Staff is frendly . Never Again

Great hotel, clean with very friendly staff, excellent shower with comfortable bed. Bar not far from hotel that stays open late a few times a week, can be noisy until about 1 am.

The room was large with a usuable desk. The safe in the room was large enough to handle 2 laptops. There was a nice view from the balcony ( 7th floor ) and the area wasn't noisy at all. The staff was really helpful on all occasion ( helping me to find a laundry shop or how to go to Terminal 21, lending me an umbrella when it was raining... ). The location is perfect : you can walk to the beach, the TukTuk route is at the corner of the street, there are plenty of good affordable dinning option around.

We liked out stay at BBD Hotel. The hotel is just walking distance to Terminal 21 and the beach road . Hotel staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
