The location was the weakest point of the place. There were only couple of restaurants and one small supermarket near by, However, there was a free hourly shuttle to Central Pattaya mall.

Room only had one outlet, lucky I already had a extention cord, just inconvenient.

Location and some of the staff although there were some staff struggling with customer relations :/ The half board options where limited and only available in a little cafe area !

Employees were amazing and when I asked if they could leave a card for my girlfriend’s birthday they decorated the bed entirely which was an amazing surprise!

Big rooms staff were amazing lovely view and wonderful swimming pool Old and can make out it needs a bit of an upgrade. No coffee tea or sugar was in the rooms we had to ask for it just one plug point and away for bed so difficult to charge a phone.

The resort was very nice, allmost a bit to big maybe. I liked that they gave me 17th floor with seawiew instead of gardenview that i had reserved. The pool area was really nice with possibility to buy refreshments. I didnt had breakfast at the hotel, there was other nice places for breakfast close by. Even thou the sea is very close its not for bathing. I went down for a swim, but cancelled cause of the bad smell and alot mud.

We had a wonderful stay here, it was away from the busy street, beautiful and relaxing with an amazing pool. The staff were so nice as well. Recommend staying here

I really love the place it was gorgeous and the room is spacious. The value for money exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely place to stay. It is located a bit far from any convenience store so you will need a car to go around. The refrigerator in our room was not working even after fixing it by the staff still did not work but we stayed for only 3 days so it did not fully affected us.

Pool area was nice although some maintenance is needed. Room was clean. Aircon works well. Literally hundreds of Chinese tourists taking up all available seating in reception, cafe and restaurant. Difficult to check-in due to them constantly pushing in front always, felt sorry for the reception staff having to deal with this like a horde of locusts. Huge ques to get in the elevators. Bed was very hard, okay for bad backs! Sparse old furniture in the room. No mini bar. Only two devices allowed to connect to the internet. Very small TV. Lots of noise, shouting and talking in the corridors at night and starting again at 05.30 in the morning when they start going to breakfast. Only one wall socket. No soundproofing and a large gap under the door and around it. No teabags, only one sachet of sugar and two sachets coffee/creamer for two people. Drinks more expensive than other better hotels in the area. Stinking muddy beach, when the tides out the smell is terrible.

I would have rated 9 or 10 if it wasn't for a rather tough and uncomfortable bed. If you like very tough mattresses and don't mind feeling springs through it, you will enjoy this place 100% Despite this, we really enjoyed the stay. The staff makes you feel like a king, the view is spectacular and the location is nice, pretty quiet and only 200baht taxi ride from strict center. In case of traffic I recommend scooter taxis. There is a good proximity of 7eleven, small local shops with decent prices and a few food stands nearby making it viable without necessity of driving to the city centre for every need.

I had a really pleasant stay—the staff was incredibly friendly, the place was very clean, and the view was amazing. If I visit again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. it’s a bit far from the city center, but since I enjoyed my stay so much, the distance wasn’t an issue at all.
