Close to the beach, smoking rooms, helpful staffs No water heater/ketle, no tea/coffee in the room, no iron(I know I could ask for one, previously did)

Location Included breakfast isn’t much. Toast, some cornflakes, orange juice, and instant coffee.. I had breakfast elsewhere. The card sensor lock on my door wasn’t working properly.. I had to try the card several times before it would work. Staff had problems with it too. That needs to be fixed. Shower takes some getting used to.. it took me several minutes to figure it out. Why the shower has a drain valve attached to it makes no sense. It serves no useful purpose. Rooms on bottom floor can hear chatter from guests hanging out outside the restaurant.

After a severe and chaotic disruption in Amsterdam I was expecting to arrive two days late. Not the Hotel problem but I canceled booking, tried to reinstate but was denied. Effectively I was charged twice for my stay. No flexibility or sympathy at front desk. Multiple repeat customer; this was disappointing.

This is my go to place to stay in Pattaya. Great location, housekeeping amazing. Friendly and polite staff. Internet and WiFi services were not good. Anyways loosing signal

The location is good. We had a room where the balcony overlooked the street which was great. Room was comfortable and aircon worked great. The internet in our room was not good. It would go in and out all the time work maybe 10 min maybe 30 min then no internet. It would come back but we ended up using our data on our cell phones more than the hotel internet. Disappointed the internet was flakey or we would have gave the hotel a 10

Accommodation here, although basic provides all necessary amenities including comfortable bed, good wifi, brand new safe, clean bathroom and room. What puts this hotel over the top is the staff and proximity to food and entertainment. The staff is extremely polite and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. All my return trips to Pattaya find me booking at Dynasty Inn! All was fine.

Location is excellent Stayed many times at Dynasty. The staff never discount at reception. Sit in reception and book it with Booking.com. 20% less !
