Garden Sea View Resort

Place is elite and amenities were exceptional. Very near to Sanctuart of Truth which is nice, housekeeping was really helpful and approachable. The receptionist during our check in day isnt very nice, looks like she’s very annoyed on us. Didnt even bother to communicate properly, just look straight to ys even we had minor issue, didnt show any interest on helping us at all.

We liked the location near the temple. The pool area and garden was lovely. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately we had ants in our room and they got into anything we left out even though we tried to be careful. Even when we left and then unpacked at our next hotel on our trip, we found them in our belongings. The air conditioning was very noisy.

It’s beyond the fray of Pattaya proper but easy to get around with the local pick-up shuttles. Breakfasts were good. Russian tour agencies have the run of the place. It’s advertised with balconies and that’s true. However there’s no furniture on them to enjoy. A couple chairs and a small table would really improve things.

The reception staff were always very rude and unwelcoming. Breakfast was a mess.

Normally I don't like to leave Bad Reviews but this one I could not close my eyes on. Considering this is a 4 star resort, but based on Customer Service and accommodation, it should be no more than 2 star. The moment we checked in, the place and staff gave us a haunted type of feeling. The water pressure in the bathrooms was so slow that it could take hours to finish one shower. Overall cleanliness was not up to standard of 4 star resort. Generally Thai people are very humble, polite and friendly but staff at this place were completely opposite especially of Hotel Porters. If the management of this resort can read my reviews, please consider to change the work environment. Try making it more friendly within the staff first then they will be able to pass it on the the customers. I understand that working in the customer service environment can be very challenging but this is what the staff signed for. I would recommend not to stay at this property even its offered free of charge.

We liked the partial view of the ocean. The pool was nice for swimming and right next to the beach. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had good foods. I didn't particularly like that a staff member allowed another person to skip in front of me during check-in, like they were someone more special than me! I was next in line to check in, and suddenly, a male staff allowed a lady who came after me to the front of the line and checked in! This is so disappointing and frustrating that the staff members have so low customer service to do this. They need better customer service than they provided me! The room had old furniture, the breakfast buffet was too crowded, and there were no elevators to the pool area?.

Fabulous balcony and view of the ocean from the bedroom. Nice large pool, gardens and private beach. I love the old granite floors and old wood decor. As reflected in previous comments hot water in the shower is intermittent, beds too hard for me, poor wifi in the bedroom, no bedside lights and bacon would be a welcome addition at breakfast.

Almost everything . Avoid the foot massage establishment located in the hotel on your way to the pool ( or from the pool ) . The attendant is definitely rude . Would not give you the foot massage that was ordered and would suddenly work on your scalp . . . . OK . Seriously , avoid . He must have had the worst day of the year the day I decided to get my first Thai foot massage .

pool is good and view of Sanctuary of Truth from beach is great. No WiFi in room, air condition was terrible, room was out dated and not at all, Hotel has such potential and could be such a great place, but needs work

The breakfast on the terrace was nice (again with a view to the sanctuary) Large parking This hotel has become a refugee camp for Russians in Pattaya. 80% of the occupancy was Russian at the time of my stay. Not great in any context (not about the Russians but having too many of one type of clients is not great) The receptionist struggled to get my Booking.com reservation and asked me to open the app to show it to her (she should have had it in her system)... The room was very outdated and had several broken items in it (bedside lamp, wall skirting, bottom of entry and bathroom door), the shower hose was terribly bad and very low. The breakfast had a lot of choices but all of it was of poor quality. The river of dirty and stinky water running on the street outside the hotel was not pleasant at all. The internet (wifi) quality was very poor (hard to connect and stay connected, weak signal all around) All this made us decide to move out of the hotel after one night (we had booked for three) and move to the Pattaya beach to the Holliday Inn (not much more expensive and a whole lot better)
